工作人員很友愛，環境不錯，很有特色美中不足就是還沒完全修繕好，相信會越來越好。有機會還會選擇入住，相信體驗會越來越好的。（有免費服裝體驗，很多選擇，但沒有小朋友的）北極村班車特別好，很超值，30塊錢管48小時，24小時隨叫隨到，酒店門口可以停靠。

好的地方別的評論説的很多了，説點問題吧。
1.飲用水除了房間中的兩瓶，再要就要付費了，並不像之前的評論所説，已經免費化了。
2.投影儀全都連的一個wifi，導致無法投屏。
3.房間內宣傳的東西很多都沒有，比如晚安酒、離店贈禮、minibar

酒店位於漠口老街，老闆打造了一個集住宿、餐飲、娛樂、旅遊於一體的綜合商業體，有漠河縣衙，有餐飲一條街，有酒吧………即將全面盛大開業。整體規劃設計不錯，看得出老闆投入不菲，也很努力。但細節不太到位：比如淋浴房漏水；説是有洗衣房，但沒洗衣液，洗衣房在一個犄角旮旯，酒店要換洗的床單全堆在那裡，跟全季亞朵等連鎖酒店的洗衣房完全是兩碼事。服務人員缺乏訓練。早餐餐盤濕淋淋的，看着沒啥可吃的，於是拿了兩個雞蛋，被服務人員阻止説每人衹能一個雞蛋，這好像不應是400多元酒店應有的吧。午餐點了一個小雞燉蘑菇，裏面吃出一堆雞脖子，餐廳裏還有蒼蠅飛舞。真希望老闆除了硬件投資外，服務上更要多下點功夫。我本想多住幾天的，但被服務嚇住了，住了一天，趕緊退房走人。

酒店緊鄰黑龍江邊，對岸就能看到俄羅斯小村莊，風景宜人。室內環境，木質簡約風格，全屋智能系統很方便。夜晚看星空等極光，雖然沒拍到極光但也很幸運拍到了夜光雲，很難忘的北極村之夜。
