北極村在旺季不讓私家車隨意進村了，這個酒店距離村中心4公里左右，可以乘坐環線大巴，觀光敞篷車去，出門不太方便，需要等環線大巴，酒店設施有點陳舊，沒有空調設定，儘管山裡二十度左右，但是我覺着該有的設施應該有，屋子比較寬敞，床也比較舒服，衞生也不錯，就是去的太晚了，沒體驗到酒店特色的按摩，葯浴等收費服務。

房子環境都好，入住時，大堂的中年女性對我説，沒我的訂單，搞得我有點懵，因我早上已收到預訂成功短訊而且從未發生過此現象，後邊她再次核對回覆我訂上了，我感覺有點奇怪，因很多房間都空着不明白？感覺工作人員 態度狀態沒有經過培訓，服務意識不強

酒店位處北极村景區內边缘区域, 事前經trip.com向酒店查詢過, 是可以自駕到店的；然而到達後才知道景區已實施限行, 自駕不能進入景區, 需要把車放在景區外停車場, 再自己乘景區观光車到酒店； 酒店沒提供接送, 也沒有提前告知限行措施, 十分不便。
