The hotel was built for another era. The rooms are tiny, no room for two pieces of luggage. One small sitting chair, the bath area has not been updated, shower stall is the size of phone booth. Single sink only in bath area. Lighting in bath area is reminiscent of Times Square. Bar area has 8 chairs and two tables. One small sitting area is part of hallway to rooms. No food service on premises but breakfast is offered. Given the size of rooms and lack of meaningful public space the Hotel is not a welcoming place. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Can we give an 11 out of 10?
Amazing hotel in beautiful surroundings. Very service minded staff.
Give your self a treat and book a luxe room with a terrace overlooking the village.
Would not, however, recommend for disabled persons due to the fact that the hotel is located on a hill and a very steep walk down to the city center is necessary if you don’t want to stay at the hotel.

The hotel itself is like a little jewel box. It is indeed a boutique hotel but one you would want to live in. The hotel is all hand painted in muted colors with baroque finishing. The lobby reminds me of a small living room with beautiful fabrics and pillows. It is inviting to use in the winter months(we stay in winter too!). The staff is lovely. The manager is very personable and will be more than happy to assist you with anything you need. The hotel has a pool which is very small but perfect for an afternoon plunge. They have no restaurant with the exception of breakfast. I realize many are concerned with breakfast assortment. I do not eat breakfast but they serve everything from omelets, meats, pastries, almost anything you could want. Great cappuccino! The rooms are smallish but this is a boutique hotel. The beds are quite comfortable for a great night's sleep. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with dryers, towels, bidet,lovely soaps, and the showers are warm and powerful. They do not cater to children which my husband and I love. Don't hate on me! I do think it is too small for children running around. Couples should not hesitate to make their reservations. You will love it.

We have just stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel as part of a 3 week road trip for our 30th wedding anniversary. Out of the 7 hotels up to now (& they have all been different and fabulous) this one is definitely our favourite. From the moment we arrived the staff are all amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We have got to give a huge shout out to Raluca who made our stay so memorable, she gave us some wonderful recommendations for us to go and see, restaurants and where to buy the best wines. She also was so helpful with everything at the hotel and is definitely an asset to your “front of house” staff. The rooms are so comfortable and the linen is fab, also the best soft towels of our trip. We also ate at their own restaurant “Moda”which is a 10 minute walk away and blew us away, the food, Laura and the design features were all amazing. It was so quiet, relaxing and comfortable we will definitely be back as soon as we can. Well done all and see you again soon. Bob & Claire Watson.

One of pet friendliest hotels we've been in
Sauna was awesome (a bit different though ;) and everything was organized by the supoerfriendly staff.
The room was too tight to be honest - or the bed should have been smaller..
But worth every cent and penny for sure. Hopefully we can visit the place again ＜3

We had an amazing stay at the La Ribezza Hotel. The staff was amazing and treated us like royalty. We did not deserve the amazing treatment we received. Would definitely go back here!! Highly recommend!!
