Thought we forgot to book a room after a UConn game but after a follow-up inquiry, we found our reservation on an email I rarely use. When we arrived, we were informed that they upgraded us to a Hospitality Suite from our basic rate. What, do they believe we are someone we’re not? Anyway, kudos to management and a super courteous staff. We really appreciated the upgrade.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with the valet service at Mohegan Sun. It took over 35 minutes to retrieve our car — and that wasn’t even during peak hours. We had enough time to go to a coffee shop, buy and finish our drinks and snacks, and still had to wait. What made things worse was discovering that certain guests — presumably VIPs or those with “special” tickets — were prioritized, bumping others back in the queue. This means the quoted wait time is essentially meaningless. See attached photo for proof. Clearly, the system is broken. Mohegan Sun needs to completely revamp this process, pay their employees fairly, and staff up accordingly. For a resort that prides itself on luxury, this was far from it. Do better.

Stained bed sheet on arrival and stained towel in bathroom. Ask housekeeping to change sheets next day and they did not. Valet check wait time was a nightmare. Will use parking garage if I ever return.

Always a fun destination for a conference. Good food. Accommodating to those with allergies. Clean property, courteous staff and some nice little shoppers.

Once you are done walking from the parking garage, you will find a very nice hotel! CHeck-in was easy, and the people are very nice. The room is solid but they cut corners in squeezing as many rooms as possible into the real estate. A decent place to stay if you need a break not far from Route 95. TIP: Avoid the exercise room. They stuck a few machines in some weird corner space.

I had a bed bug on my pillow at 5:30 a.m. in room 461 in Sky Tower. I'm pretty sure it either bit me or a previous guest since when I killed it it had red blood. Bugs do not have red blood unless they have feasted on a human. I let the front desk know as well as calling them when we got home. They thanked me for letting them know. :( I would not expect at these room rates that bed bugs would be present. Disappointed for sure. Other than that the room was very nice and the facility as well. I don't think we'll be returning. Too bad.

I went to Mohegan Sun last night. Thank God that's over with. It was the most boring night of my life. It was pure misery. All you do is repeatedly push a button and lose money. If you enjoy putting $5 into a slot and getting 20 cents back this is the place for you.
