非常滿意的酒店，帶母親出來玩連住三晚均表示非常滿意～
位置離紅場步行十分鐘，周邊吃逛極其方便，旁邊全是精品步行街和一家高檔商場，距離地鐵站步行幾分鐘
酒店原來的萬豪，雖然看起來略老但實際感覺還不錯，維護的不錯，衞生也不錯，服務很好。第一天帶的轉換插頭不能用，酒店還提供了免費充電器使用了三天
早餐沒體驗，一直在周邊咖啡廳消費，選擇非常多，步行兩分鐘有一家日式拉麪bistro超級推薦，裝修前衞，年輕人很多，拉麪滿足亞洲胃，餐廳名字found

做為5星級酒店真的很離譜，因為老酒店設施不夠新這個正常，沖的房間大有雙床定的，看了一下評論都説服務好，就選了住四晚，然後經歷了這麼多年來出差最奇葩的酒店經歷
第一天早上5點半被隔壁（還是哪裡）一堆阿拉伯人開Party巨大音樂+人聲震醒，並且持續重複一首阿拉伯歌曲，起初以為是哪裡的酒吧，後來發現是有人在房間開整夜Party，電話酒店，一直到7點聲音停了，以為是酒店禁止了，期間酒店沒有任何道歉和溝通。然後最精彩的來了，晚上10點半Party聲音又來了，又是同一首歌，又是男男女女大叫的聲音，於是電話酒店再次投訴，並且要求換房，其間電話三次，等了一個小時11點半沒有任何回覆，於是和同事兩人沖下去溝通，前台看到我門讓我們等，説要處理另外一個客户事情，當時的態度很傲慢，我們忍了，等了好一會，然後就和我門説他們安保已經讓客户聲音小一點了，還説沒有雙床房，如果要換房衹能一張大床房，我跟同事衹能睡一張床，一副理所當然的樣子。直到我門發火問他，做為五星酒店，你們客户半夜在房間裏連續兩個晚上開Party擾民，而且重複一個音樂我嚴重懷疑有安全問題，我訂酒店就是衝著雙床，不接受一張大床，因為前台有其他兩個客户聽到事情幫我們説話，對方態度才軟下來，打了一頓電話，最終換了個小點的雙床房。在已經前一晚沒睡到的情況下，又一次折騰到1點半才睡覺。事情發生後，從投訴到溝通，酒店一個道歉甚至禮貌用語都沒有，詢問了俄羅斯同事，俄羅斯法律是禁止這種擾民的，告訴我當時應該報警。
這件事情，當晚同攜程溝通，攜程一直幫忙跟進，最終換來酒店電話的一個道歉，我認為酒店缺乏安全管理，給大家一個參考吧
