態度無敵差，位置非常好，欺負中國人 第一天到了跟我講我定的房間沒了 給我換了我説好 結果竟然是一個閣樓需要自己搬行李下樓梯 那個狹小的閣樓裏有兩間，進去以後非常破舊 類似於國內老式招待所，我以為百年酒店就是如此，馬桶裏有泡尿，床上有兩三衹爬的螞蟻 因為帶着孩子當時已經國內凌晨三四點了 衹能先讓孩子入睡。凌晨實在無法入睡找了攜程客服，客服立馬幫我溝通換房，第二天換了正常樓層的房間 一進去更加生氣 完全就是五星級酒店了。攜程態度超級好跟我説俄羅斯很難溝通，但是攜程對我們的遭遇表示歉意願意補償650塊錢。錢不在於多少而是攜程態度讓我覺得非常舒服。

Cracks on the walls and dust smell every where.
Lack of safety as they hanging very large photo above the bed with very old rope and too much dust to breath all the night.
The Wifi too slow almost not working
The ac not working
The water in the bathroom have bad smell and color
Overpriced hotel
The hotel need major renovation from building to the furniture
If you have kids with trollies it is not helpful too much stairs to cross.
Not recommended at all you can much better options with better prices

very good place near the red sqaure, but thr bed is traditional european style not so wide like chinese bed. Anyway very good breakfast and nice view

這是一間超過百年歷史酒店，列寧、奧巴馬等下榻於此，酒店內裝潢精緻華麗，房間非常清潔，但有小設施損壞。酒店可步行到紅場，自助早餐透過落地玻璃可看到紅場。早餐精緻豐盛服務員素質高。
酒店分為主樓和副樓兩部分，副樓需上或下半截樓梯。我們提前兩個月預訂的房間價格1900多元一晚，但是在入住當天該房型衹需1500左右，1900安排在副樓。 建議並不需要提前太長時間預訂，並且可以用不同賬號多查詢價格。
