訂的江景房，風景很好，地帶也屬於繁華地方 去哪都靠走路就行。唯一一點不好的是、房間煙味可重了，一進門就是滿滿濃郁二手煙的味道，通風到隔天要退房了 才沒味了，也不知道是通風的效果還是聞到習慣了呢，撇除這一點，還是很滿意的

第一次來延平，果真如網上説的像小重慶，節奏很慢，環境很優美，酒店給了我們一個靠江的房間風景很棒，酒店周圍小吃也多，總之很幫！

前台接電話的一個男工作人員服務態度有問題 我8.18凌晨五點二十七打的電話 因為找不到吹風機 我打過去很客氣的詢問吹風機在哪裡？那個工作人員很不耐煩的説 就在床頭那 我沒有聽清 我説是在床頭哪呀？他語氣很不耐煩的説就在床頭抽屜裏呀！我找到了之後很客氣的説了謝謝 我覺得作為服務行業 基本的禮貌應該有的吧 不應該説一聲不客氣嗎？直接把電話掛了真的很沒禮貌！其餘的客房保潔阿姨和別的工作人員都沒有啥問題 建議給那個工作人員好好培訓一下再上崗吧！

酒店地理位置優越，窗外江景一覽無遺，九峯山公園、九峯索橋、四鶴巷步行即到。自助早餐品種很豐富，連住了3天，菜品還有不同。中餐廳不遜於網紅餐廳，價格也很公道。

我很少評價。不是第一次住這家了，房間不錯，就是前台業務很有問題，很基礎的退房手續都做不清楚。已經退房過了兩小時，打電話來問我房間怎麼還沒退，是要續住嗎。我説早退了，房卡都給了，還登記過了。前台説沒看到，他們找找看。電話掛了後過了二十來分鐘，我打電話過去問按金怎麼還沒給退，兩個多小時了。前台又説你們什麼時候退的房。我説早就退了，十二點就退了，前面你們還給我打過電話。前台又是一頓查詢操作，説退了退了，我們這邊已經操作過了，系統會有點延遲，讓我再等等。結果我電話一掛，按金立刻到賬。我就呵呵了，分明是才操作的，我要是不打電話，明天都不會給我退了😅
