This amazing chain hotel from The Romeo Collection is located in the heart of Napoli Port with a spectacular view of Mount Vesuvio and Port Napoli ! The services by the pool were remarkable especially the delicious cocktails prepared meticulously by the skilful barman Dinesh W. Thank you so much for making my experience so enjoyable and memorable while I was there ! Also the Michelin stars dinning experience at Alain Ducasse was truly amazing ! Will definitely recommended to other friends ! Thank you

An expensive hotel in a great position but overpriced for what it offers the modernist design at reception doesn't really work the room design with the bathroom is terrible the shower - did not drain and the toilet is really awful the service at reception was great but at the Bar quite unfriendly overall for the price not great and I doubt we will return

The hotel is beautiful, front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Waitstaff at terrace restaurant is horrible. If you want to have dinner or a drink, go somewhere nearby. Two nights in a row we waited half an hour at a table and finally had to ask for service. Will not try it the third time.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Napoli and loved our stay. The staff is exceptional! The hotel itself is ultra-modern, super clean and definitely stylish! Location-wise, it's very close to the cruise ship terminal, a short walk to the Metro station (subway), and a 15-20 walk into the heart of Napoli's historic area with great cafes and bars. The front desk team was always eager to assist with directions and helpful suggestions. The rooms are very modern and clean wit lots of techy upgrades including extra power outlets and USB outlets. We didn't eat dinner in the dining room, but did have breakfast there daily and it was fantastic. Lunch on the pool deck was also very good, but pricey. I really don't have anything negative to say as we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is located near the port of Naples where the cruises arrive; 5 star, 2 tiny lifts if there are many people moving around you have to wait for ages! Swimming pool closes at 7 o'clock because you have to pass trough the restaurant. It is a design hotel, but in my opinion design and functionality have to go together, in this hotel however nothing is practical. We had a great vieuw of the port, but when taking away the "woode" curtain to look out we only got a dirty window, so i asked cleaning leady to clean window the second day and it was ok.
