This is wonderful hotel with excellent service and staff. The hotel itself is beautiful, staff in every position were helpful in making us feel welcome and advising us on where to go and things to do while in town, just had a feeling that they all enjoyed the hotel and city as much as we did coming to visit. My only complaint is that the complimentary morning coffee service is only downstairs and nothing available in room without ordering room service as I am a first thing in the morning coffee drinker and it’s nice to have a cup when getting ready rather than after I’m dressed and ready so an I’m room small coffee pot would be nice.

Beautiful hotel and mostly great staff. Our main reason for staying here was to experience the afternoon tea which was a disaster. Our reservations were at 2:30 on Sunday afternoon. We were not served until almost 4:00. I mean we did not have a sip of tea or a bite of anything until 4. We were waited on by one person. Compare this our dinner at Jeff Ruby's, a $300 meal for 3, where we had 3 servers and received steaks, salad, sushi in less than time than we received tea that cost more than $300. For the price our expecations were high. Not only was the service bad the food was meh and decorations were being put up around us. I know this needs to be done but not during a $100/per person tea. Then, I made my complaint to the HR director who was very kind and put me in touch with Jordan Tolliver who two different times said he would be in touch with a resolution to the problem. Even said he would call between 2-3 on wed 11/26. I've not heard from him yet. So, the hotel room was lovely and the door staff was great. But, tea ruined the entire thing which ended up being a little over $1000/night after you pay the vallet and all the taxes. We will stay at an airbnb next time we are in Nashville.

Rooms - Excellent Location - Excellent Concierge - Very poor Bar / Restaurant - Excellent We stayed for a long weekend, had a great experience in Nashville. Only complaint for this hotel is the inferior, deceitful, and generally poor way concierge service is provided. Be prepared to pay 30% extra for anything you have them reserve, not to be informed that this 'service' has a charge, and also that you will have to follow up multiple times to even get a response or confirmation that what you've asked for be reserved is actually done. Stay here for the really nice rooms, cool atmosphere, and great bar, but don't ask the concierge for anything.

We stayed at the Hermitage Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. From the moment we stepped out of the car for valet service, the staff was friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Every staff member had a smile and offered assistance at all times of the day and evening. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance, including the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, and Broadway. The rooms were spacious and peaceful. The entire hotel was spotless, and the rooms were no different. One night, we came home to a clean room after missing the morning service! The price to stay is not cheap, but every moment was enjoyable, and that was worth every penny.

What a fabulous hotel! If you want a truly stunning hotel experience in Nashville, this is the place. History, decor, rooms, restaurants....all excellent. The only minor issue experienced was wonky sink water pressure in our room; sometimes firehose pressure and sometimes just a trickle (???). No issues with the shower or tub though...both of those were theraputic!

I have traveled the WORLD. My experience at the HERMITAGE HOTEL was one of my most memorable and elegant stays. From the moment I made my reservations with the help of Odival Aravgo and the guidance of their concierge Natalia Leigh each experience was so professional and kind. We were looking forward to staying in this Historic hotel. We were not disappointed. Our corner room was spacious with a marvelous view of the state Capital. The housekeeping was immaculate. Every detail attended to. The lobby was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails and Drusie & Darr was one of the best Nashville restaurants we visited. The Pink Hermit was a delightful find with its retro Italian Riviera flair. With my sister moving the area, The Hermitage will be our landing place when back in the city.

Beautiful Interiors, large spacious room, nice bathroom. Very clean everywhere. The c staff v was very friendly and attentive when you needed them. The location was away from the noise of Broadway but close enough for a nice walk. Close to Frothy Monkey and Puckett's for breakfast or lunch.

Spectacular in every way. Old school elegance entirely modernized in a tasteful, high class way. Top facilities, over the top staff, and a rightful place as one of America's best classic hotels. We walked everywhere: Parthenon park, country music Broadway, famous state capitol building. We used the cute, glassed walled coffee shop, the terrific on site restaurant, catered an affair, enjoyed the justly world famous lobby. Count us all in for more visits!
