Four Seasons Hotel Nashville

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely public areas with understated elegance. Warm and gracious though not overbearing service. Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at several great Nashville hotels. But the Four Seasons outdid them all. We had stopped by for a drink at the bar or a meal during past visits, but this was our first stay at the Four Seasons Nashville. The staff made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. They were eager to be of assistance and were extremely competent and efficient. The Assistant Manager, Katie Kinsey, was particularly helpful, exceeding our expectations for even the Four Seasons. The hostess Maggie was charming and helpful. We were delighted by the expertise and quality of food prepared by Chef Nicky Miscia. He even stopped by our table on a busy night and gave us personal dessert recommendations. Even if you don’t stay at the hotel, I highly recommend dining at the restaurant. Chef Nicky’s desserts are delicious works of art.

Faith is an exceptional bartender/server! Her personable nature made our visit truly special. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, providing top-notch service with a smile and a laugh at all times! If you're in Nashville, don't miss the chance to be served by Faith!

I admit this was my first experience with staying at a Four Seasons hotel but I have stayed many times at the Beverly Hills Peninsula…so that’s my only reference. I came to stay 3 nights on account of experiencing a flood in my home, here in Nashville. The service is excellent, food is great (better even than the Peninsula) The good part: room was quiet as I requested, bed superior,and great large flatscreen. I was however dismayed about a few things. First, none of the televisions on the elliptical machines in fitness center was working. A Five star hotel should NOT allow this to happen. Plus, on arrival in the room, the Peninsula always has a plate of various fruits and a welcome note. They really should have this at Four Seasons hotel! For the priciness of the room, you would expect this! Also, the 69 dollar parking price per day feels excessive.

We spent three nights at the Four Seasons Nashville and very simply - it's an A+. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, literally everything is incredibly and thoughtfully well done. The valets and gentlemen working outside were all professional, courtesy and friendly. Efficient check-in. Room was perfectly, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished (they thought of everything), room service was excellent, hotel location is perfect, I could go on and on. One night we ordered Chinese food delivery and the package arrived with no silverware. I called down and explained we had ordered Chinese food and had it delivered, but had received no silverware. The in-room diming people said no problem we'll send someone right up. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door and the gentleman handed me a silver platter with plates, napkins, silverware (we had removed a few pieces before I took the attached picture) .... and chopsticks. It's that kind of attention to detail and unparalleled service you will find in every aspect of your stay at this incredible hotel. Special thanks to Demian who also went above and beyond to ensure our belated Valentines celebration was extra special.

Very disappointing for a Four Seasons property!! The room was lovely but the rest was not good. The Spa has very few and very small amenities. While getting my massage I could hear other guests talking in the hallway and the party buses outside the window. There needs to be some serious sound proofing to make it a more relaxing experience. The pool was nice but the food/drink service was SO slow and half of the staff didn’t speak English. If I’m paying $25 per margarita, I don’t want to wait half an hour to get it. Later in the afternoon we used a table by the bar to play Mahjong and order more drinks. They told us they would have to kick us out for dinner service when it was only half-full. I was so disappointed with this property. I would not recommend it to friends
