A wonderful hotel, very well appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely public areas with understated elegance. Warm and gracious though not overbearing service. Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!

Not our first time in Nashville as a family but certainly one of the better trips! We have stayed in other hotels around the city prior to but this one was by far the best. From arrival to departure every interaction was great! Got some great suggestions for things to do by Cody on the valet team and Christian as well. We had a great interaction everytime we stepped outside!

I’ve had pretty bad valet experiences in the past, the team here was great. They were very timely and made sure I felt confident in the fact I wouldn’t have damage to my car. The staff all around was great and I enjoyed the comfort of this hotel!

Shan on the valet side of things was great, spent a good amount of time talking to him on my way in and out. Audrey at the front desk was also a bright interaction. Makes a great impact when you have the right people working! Great choice of stay.

I enjoyed Mimo with my friends and loved the lobster risotto. Shan with valet was super nice and even remembered my name and car when I left! Will be back

Our family tried something new for this thanksgiving considering all of our family is so far away. We came to the four seasons for thanksgiving brunch and the experience was great! The food and service was excellent. We also had a great experience with the valet team! Jaren was great to converse with as we waited for our car! Hope to return for this next year!

Me and my husband came to town just for a getaway. The hotel was a great choice, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very well designed! We had a great experience with Jaren and the valet team as well. All around great experience

Huge fan of the rooms, was disappointed Mimo wasn’t available but looking forward to the newer restaurant coming. Cody on the valet team did a great job, was personable and was often bringing me my vehicle in a timely manner. Great stay for anyone visiting Nashville
