Good room and general cleanliness, location is slightly out of the main areas in Delhi although just beside metro, breakfast options adequate but staff could be more helpful

Its a good hotel. Location is quite good rite in the middle of Delhi.
Quite and clean as well. Staff was helpful and very courteous.
Breakfast was decent for the price they charge. Can have bit more healthier options.

We requested an early check-in, which was not possible, and we understand that. However, I sent 3-4 emails and called the hotel multiple times with no response.
Upon our arrival at the hotel, there was no greeting; the staff simply informed us that they were fully booked and could not provide us with a room at that time.
Eventually, we were allocated a room before the official check-in time, but the staff member informed us that breakfast was not included. Why? Because we were checking in early, despite having paid for our stay.
While other guests were greeted with "Good morning, sir" and "Happy Independence Day," we received no acknowledgement whatsoever.
In our room, all the toiletries were empty—there was no body wash or shower gel. We ordered tea, which took 23 minutes to arrive, and only after we called twice to follow up.
I will never recommend this particular Park Inn Radisson hotel to anyone, and I will not be booking there again.
For your reference, our room number was 204.

The entry to the Hotel is in a crowded area next to the Metro Station which is barely 300 metres away, hence not very appealing. However when you enter the Hotel area the mood changes into that of Calm and Peace. The Check-in was smooth and the room on the Top Floor was well appointed. Though the window did not offer any great view it was comfortable with all basic necessities being available. The Bed was firm and Soft and offered good sleep quality. The TV had many Channels to keep one busy. This is one of the few hotels which still provides a Newspaper to your room. There is a very tiny Fitness room available. The food ordered from Room Service was well prepared and was with a portion of decent size. The Breakfast in the Restaurant was also quite Nice. The most significant part of the stay was the EXCELLENT behaviour of the Staff across their jobs. A comfortable stay
