The reception staff and Bell Man were beyond lovely. My wine unfortunately smashed in my suitcase and they went beyond the call of duty to help make sure everything was dry and clean in time for my flight. They also gave some really useful tips for restaurants in the vicinity when I checked in! Creole House is very near and delicious. I liked the location of this hotel, you could walk to most of the main attractions bourbon street ect but also easy to get an uber too at night time or if it was too hot!

Room was huge, and comfy bed. Good air con and tea and coffee making. Checkin and check out was smooth and lifts plentiful. Shower in a low bath tub which did the job. Well located for a walk across canal street to Jackson Square and the paddle boats and other tours and many lively bars and restaurants

Service exceptional…from valet with Jermaine. To front desk and housekeeping. They truly have customers first. You can utilize their sister property for the pool. Also, located in French quarter. They give you a swim pass. I’ll be back next time .

Comfortable short stay. Was upgraded to an executive room but even that was quite small, NYC size. Clean room and decent bathroom, but strong moisture/mildew odor. It was fine once you got used to it. Would stay in a newer hotel next time.

The hotel is close to everything, and the room and the bathroom were spacious and nice. It was very quiet and had a large-screen, up-to-date TV. I was told it was an upgraded room on the highest floor, and I truly appreciated the courtesy and the recognition for my membership status. The staff was professional and very helpful as well. There was a little pantry with water, sodas, coffee and light snacks for Elites, which was a bonus. There are lots of places to eat nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to everyone.

The valet staff is unmatched!! They are always happy and they greet you with the most cheerful smiles!!! Cardell had my car waiting for me anytime I was ready to go!

Cardell was amazing took great care of us!! The Renaissance was amazing as well! Great staff! We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back to visit.
