This is the best hotel in the world we have ever stayed in. The service is incredible, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The club lounge is amazing. Darleen, Gena, Chris and the staff in the club lounge are the best at what they do. We loved it so much we extended and stayed another week. Nothing beats this place. We have stayed at Claridges in London and this is heads above that which we thought could not be topped. Stay here if you visit New Orleans. It will change your life. 100 stars

I don't understand the glowing reviews of this hotel. This hotel was built in the 80s and you can tell. The decor is very eighties. Gold plated fixtures everywhere. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The layout of the room was good. The bed was comfortable. The room itself seemed clean. The furniture is showing wear. At one point I used the restroom in the lobby. It was a mess. There were two stalls. One of them had a sink in it. The other did not. So if you used that stall you had to wait for the other stall to be free so you could wash your hands. See the photos in this bathroom, of the bent trash can and poorly patched holes in the wall. The pool was kept super hot. Not a relaxing activity in the hot New Orleans weather. One day the heater was left on all night. It was too hot at 7:00 am to even get in. Several others were there and they were not able to swim either. The staff were great, very attentive. They were the bright point about this hotel. I just don't see staying here again. It just seems worn down and seriously needs an update.

We recently stayed at the Windsor I would highly recommend. The Windsor Court made our trip. It is the perfect location way from all the noise,but close enough to walk. The hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding. I cant wait to visit Nola again just to stay at the Windsor!

We were in New Orleans for a wedding. Although the wedding ceremony was at the Four Seasons, we chose to stay at Windsor Court based on several recommendations. We are so glad we did. The property, the staff and the service were all outstanding! Every single person across the board was courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is quiet while being very conveniently close to all of the places we needed to visit.

If you're looking for warm hospitality, polished spaces, inviting staff, amazing cocktails, idyllic music, dazzling art and culinary expertise - look no further than the Windsor Court. The spacious rooms felt like home and I'm not typically a great hotel sleeper - this was one of the best hotel sleeps of my life. The management at The Windsor Court has cultivated a long history of tenure among its staff with many employees spending their careers here. This translates to a team of people who are empowered to treat this hotel as if they're welcoming you into their own home. The food was fantastic, the live music in the polo club was beautiful and overall vibe of the hotel was elegant, peaceful and visually stunning. We have stayed here twice and cannot wait to return! Don't forget to experience their tea service! If you can, spend some time on the swimming pool level and reserve a cabana. Order the salad (it's HUGE) and the club sandwich (the best one i've ever had). Ari is amazing and will set you up in a cabana with a TV, Yeti-chilled water service with snacks, and great drinks from the on-site pool bar & cafe! The food & beverage offerings are inventive, classic, detailed and artistic. 10/10 recommend every time you visit NOLA!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. From the layout of the rooms to the service around the pool. This hotel has got everything right. Me and my wife stayed for a week, which is a long time for us on a city vacation. The rooms are so spacious it doesn’t feel like you are in a hotel. Everyone here is so polite and attentive. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the French District. We will definitely return to New Orleans and The Windsor Court.
