Third stay at the Lucerne. Great as always. Perfect location close to Central Park and the museums. Well maintained, v good housekeeping. Try to get a corner room if going for executive double double room - better layout

staff was really friendly and always of help, location is phantastic, no pride in the room, the heating system is as loud as a landing aircraft, room is far too small especially what we paid for it. for an upgrade they requested around 250 USD/niight. bed size was far far too small for two people.

We stayed for two nights over the Christmas holidays. The location was great and the facilities were clean. But the heater didn't work properly so it was a bit cold. No matter how much I turned up the temperature, only cold air came out. Other than this, overall I was satisfied.

多年前到紐約就住過。這次帶孩子來玩，還是住在這裡。價格確實漲了不少，幾乎翻倍，但在上西區仍算性價比最高的。早餐是酒店樓下的餐館，需要額外付費，住店客人打八五折。地鐵出行比較方便，門童很熱情給開門。
