Service Quality: The service was often described as outstanding, with staff being friendly, professional, and attentive to guest needs. Many guests highlighted personalized service, name recognition, and efficient concierge support as standout features.

Working in this environment has been one of the most mentally exhausting and emotionally draining experiences of my professional life, largely due to the leadership of Stefano Sturaro. In my personal experience, Stefano Sturaro consistently failed to demonstrate professionalism, respect, or basic decency in his role as a leader. I repeatedly witnessed and personally experienced what I perceived as degrading, condescending, and inappropriate behavior from Stefano Sturaro. Many of his remarks, which he seemed to pass off as humor, came across to me and others as offensive and unprofessional, contributing to what I believe is a toxic and hostile work environment. In my opinion, Stefano Sturaro’s leadership is not only ineffective but harmful. I observed and experienced behavior from him that I felt showed no regard for the well-being of his team. Staff, including myself, were overworked and undervalued to the point of physical and mental exhaustion, with Stefano Sturaro showing little empathy or basic respect. Based on my experience, I firmly believe that Stefano Sturaro is unfit to manage, lead, or represent this organization in any capacity. His conduct, in my view, has done significant damage to employee morale and well-being. I would not recommend working in any environment where Stefano Sturaro holds a leadership position unless serious changes are made.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Cipriani for a very quick trip into NYC. This has to be one of the most exclusive hotels in North America! From the minute you pull up to the private motor lobby of the hotel you know you are in for a different NYC experience. The elegant lobby is discreet and quiet and staffed with a wonderfully attentive front office and concierge team. The name recognition is really quite impressive. When the elevators open onto your guest room floor you feel like you are on board a luxury ocean liner from a bygone era. And this continues when you open the door to your stunning room. We were lucky enough to be facing the harbor and you truly felt like you were on a ship. What was really cool was that this is still a working ferry terminal and boats were coming in and out just a few feet below us... yet we could not hear a peep. Our room was incredibly spacious. In fact the closet was so big it could have been a bedroom! Easily one of the largest guestrooms we have stayed at in New York. We had a great nights sleep and there were thoughtful amenities bedside to help us sleep well. The absolute highlight of the property was the top floor "club." This area is only available to guests and members of Casa Cipriani... and to say it felt exclusive was an understatement. We enjoyed some delicious cocktails in the lounge area before heading to dinner. Our meal was in one word, exceptional. We kept on saying we felt like we were in Italy, and then would look out the window and there is no mistaking you are in NYC with the Brooklyn Bridge as a backdrop! It was the perfect evening with amazing and kind service. It was fine dining without being stuffy. Make sure to get all the classic Cipriani dishes.. they don't disappoint! There was also a Jazz Club we could have enjoyed but we were so delightfully stuffed we had to head to bed. One final note, the Wellness area was probably the best I have seen at any hotel. They truly have every kind of equipment you could ever imagine for a fantastic workout. I really needed it the morning after our decadent evening, but the comfortable bed had different plans for me!
