I booked your hotel because the details stated that a reservation for the cable car ride to the island needed to be made one day in advance, and it also mentioned that there was a Chinese-speaking front desk. I chose your hotel, but despite multiple email contacts for reservations, I received irrelevant responses and my issues were not actually resolved. Later, when I contacted your hotel by phone, they repeatedly claimed that there was no Chinese-speaking front desk. The entire reservation process was very difficult, and I ultimately chose to give up. However, in reality, I could have handled the cable car ride to the island at the port front desk. Before arriving on the island, the front desk service said that check-in could be processed at 2 pm. However, when I arrived at the hotel front desk before 2 pm, I was informed that check-in could only be processed at 3 pm, causing me and my companions to sit and wait for over an hour. We had to wait until precisely 3 pm to be given a room. When I checked in, I requested an extra blanket and asked for it to be sent to my room. However, by 6 pm, it had not been delivered. I inquired with the staff again and was told that I just needed to wait. By 11 pm, it still had not been delivered. I consulted the front desk again, asking why it had not been delivered and if the service was unavailable. The front desk apologized and asked me to return to my room and wait. It was estimated that the blanket would be delivered to me around 12 am. The entire process was very lengthy. Moreover, when the room was given to me at 3 pm, the cleaning had not been completed. I felt very uncomfortable and thought that the hotel's service was very poor. From the difficulties in booking the cable car ride to the difficulties in requesting a blanket, I can only say that Chinese people should choose carefully and not come back again! Đặt phòng của khách sạn vì chi tiết ghi có cabin lên đảo cần đặt trước 1 ngày và có lễ tân tiếng trung nên mình chọn khách sạn này, nhưng mình liên hệ nhiều lần qua email để đặt phòng đều trả lời không đúng vấn đề và không giải quyết vấn đề, sau đó gọi điện lên khách sạn thì khách sạn nhiều lần nói không có lễ tân tiếng trung, quá trình đặt phòng rất khó khăn và cuối cùng chọn bỏ cuộc, nhưng thực tế chỉ cần lên lễ tân ở bến tàu là có thể làm thủ tục cabin lên đảo, trước khi lên đảo, lễ tân thông báo có thể nhận phòng lúc 2h chiều, nhưng kết quả là mình lên đảo trước 2h chiều nhưng đến lễ tân thì được thông báo phải chờ đến 3h chiều mới nhận phòng được, khiến mình và nhóm phải ngồi chờ hơn 1 tiếng, phải đúng 3h mới nhận phòng được, mình nhận phòng đã yêu cầu: cần thêm 1 cái chăn, xin nhờ chuyển đến phòng, cám ơn, đến 6h tối mà vẫn không chuyển, mình hỏi lại nhân viên thì họ bảo chỉ cần chờ là có, đến hơn 11h đêm mà vẫn không chuyển, hỏi lại lễ tân thì tại sao vẫn chưa chuyển, có phải không cung cấp dịch vụ này không, lễ tân xin lỗi và bảo mình về phòng chờ, dự kiến là vào khoảng 12h đêm thì họ chuyển đến cho mình, cả quá trình rất dài, và khi nhận phòng lúc 3h thì vệ sinh chưa sạch sẽ, cảm giác của mình là rất khó chịu, thấy khách sạn không có dịch vụ tốt, từ việc đặt cabin khó khăn và đến việc yêu cầu chăn cũng rất khó khăn, chỉ có thể nói người Trung Quốc cẩn thận chọn khách sạn này, sẽ không đến nữa!

We stayed for 4 nights and the overall experience was ok. The best way to describe it is the location and area are great, but the staff are average or even below average. Some of the staff has the right attitude and way of working, but others do not. For this level of resort and cost of staying, I expect more competency. Waiters at the pool bar eating food in front of guests, forgetting to place orders, not understanding the customers needs or actual questions, and not communicating internally as well. These specific hotel employees do not have the experience to know the things they are doing are wrong, and need better training. For the first and second day, I was hounded for not having a security deposit established so I can purchase things on my room. I was almost barred from leaving the dinner buffet area and had to go to the front desk again to confirm the rest of the hotel knows there is a deposit. It is a large resort so if you aren’t staying in the main hotel then be prepared to use their electric buggies for getting around. But they were quick and the drivers were very nice.

The hotel is beautiful, and the swimming pool is very spacious. However, it seems that the staff here are not well-trained. When I ordered something, they didn’t seem to understand at all. For a hotel of this standard, the staff’s English proficiency and enthusiasm should be much better. Everything I ordered was served incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, the staff just looked confused — this happened at the pool area. I also went to the front desk to ask about tickets to the amusement park and spoke with an employee named Liza. She answered my questions well, but then a Russian man came up behind me, seemingly to ask about something too. He appeared impatient and stood right next to me, acting rudely. What bothered me even more was that the staff hurriedly tried to finish my conversation just to attend to him, as if giving preference to their fellow Russian guest. I don’t understand why you have to discriminate like that. This made me very upset. I’ve stayed at many hotel brands before, but the staff here are not knowledgeable at all. They should receive proper training — and they should stop showing favoritism, whether the guest is Asian or Russian, because we all pay the same.

We stay in Marriott for vacation from 29th Sep to 6th Oct , family of 4. Very disappointed with service and food in the hotel. Very difficult to communicate with stuff , like only 20% can speak English. Food : 4 from 10, breakfast was ok , but vegetables are not fresh some even rotten a bit , also we had lobby restaurant and in dining service all was so-so, poor kids menu was also a disappointment , which never happened in other Marriott hotels. Cleaning room : 3 from 10 , never cleaned the carpet in the villa , so it was always dirty with food and other stuff , when they took out the dishes , they just left them near the door for the whole day , sometimes throw the plastic wrap near the door. Communication: 1 from 10 , very poor trained stuff , almost no English , they had messed our orders like 2-3 times in different locations. Very slow and very unprofessional. Kids club : 4 from 10 , as well not clean , strange stuff , who do nothing there , and even don’t clean the sharp objects on the floor , luckily it was me , who stepped up on it , not someone’s toddler. Location : 10 from 10 , although all of the minuses , the location was super nice , beautiful seashore and very comfortable villa ( which is written has a kitchen , but don’t have any kitchen equipment or even microwave) . Hope the management will take attention to all above.

Thanks to Ms. Tamia & Ms. Mai and staffs in hotel, they really did a great job and professional hospitality, thus we really have a wonderful time in Marriott, kids r had fun in pools n beach. Definitely we will come back again! However, hotel need to renew the room facilities, quite old n can’t meet the Marriott standers.

房間非常大,乾淨又衞生,佈置得很温馨雅緻,讓人一進來就有賓至如歸的感覺。窗外景色超棒,能看到綠樹成蔭的美景,還有那湛藍的泳池,看着就很愜意。屋裡設施很齊全,沙發柔軟舒適,躺在床上也特別放鬆。浴室空間大,熱水供應很及時。而且早餐也很美味,種類豐富。服務更是沒話説,工作人員都很熱情周到,有什麼需求都能很快得到迴應。這次入住體驗特別好,很推薦大家來住!

帶娃在珍珠樂園玩,訂了兩晚萬豪。價格很優惠了,小朋友的早餐也衹加40多塊錢。坐過海纜車風景很美,去樂意有buggy很方便。酒店有海灘,泳池很漂亮。小朋友很開心
