- The hotel is by the garden, very beautiful
- The room is clean with contemporary deco
- Breakfast spread is excellent however the food for afternoon tea and happy hour at the executive lounge can be improved. Afternoon tea was quite pathetic with 2 choices of biscuits and 2 choices of cakes. The choices of food during Happy hour is very limited too.
- In room movies are very limited and outdated

This hotel has an excellent reputation, so we had high expectations. The air conditioning in the room was not strong enough, which surprised me. Also, the duvet was too thick, unsuitable for the height of summer. We raised these issues with the staff, and they addressed them in a satisfactory manner. The hotel is in a very good location, and our room had a beautiful view of Tianming Lake. It’s within easy access to amenities, such as restaurants, the theatre, shops, and bars. The rooms have smart toilets and drip coffee, and there’s a broad selection of breakfast dishes to choose from.
