Offshore Noosa Resort

After a very long journey to reach Noosaville, we were pleased that the out-of-hours check-in went smoothly and our first impressions were positive. The complex has a pleasant, tropical-inspired atmosphere, and our apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with useful amenities. Unfortunately, several significant issues severely affected our stay. From day one, the cooker hood and light were not working. This could easily have been repaired before our arrival—or at least communicated in advance—as it limited our ability to use the kitchen properly. We also had some Wi-Fi issues, though these were resolved promptly. The most serious problem began on our first night, when we heard noises coming from inside the roof. By the second night, these sounds had escalated into loud, persistent movement in the ceiling, keeping us awake for hours. We suspected possums. When we reported it, staff initially suggested the noises were coming from outside, but it was clear they were within the ceiling cavity—at times it even felt like something might fall through the vent. We later learned that the owner had been aware of similar issues prior to our stay but had not addressed them. After another sleepless night, the maintenance team responded promptly and arranged for pest control, setting two traps in the loft above the bedroom. Unfortunately, the following nights were equally disturbed—one trap triggered loud banging as the trapped animals tried to escape, and the next evening the second trap went off again. Two possums were removed, but by the time we left for the airport, we were completely exhausted. What was meant to be a relaxing week turned into a stressful, sleep-deprived experience. Although the maintenance staff did their best under the circumstances, no one from management ever reached out with an apology or gesture of goodwill for the considerable disruption we endured.

Lovely spacious apartment with air con , really comfortable bed , TV , washer included within the property, beautiful views. Excellent friendly staff! pool area was great and a nice area to relax! A little walk or cheap taxi from the Main Street and near to lots of nice restaurants.

Excellent service which is rare to find . Apartment was well appointed and spotless.

Great little gem near the water, bar and fish & chip shop very close. Loved the pool...very kid friendly. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We were very happy with our stay here & it was close to everything we needed. The ferry stops just across the road & you can take a boat ride to main section of town & come back later. The ferry driver was very funny, and made the trip even more enjoyable. Very Comfy Resort.

A touch of paradise Great location ,easy walk to most activities along the river,GT'S below is excellent fir meals and drinks with very friendly staff.We arrived very early and Susan at reception was most accommodating in having housekeeper prepare our apartment.

We spent a wonderful Christmas week with family at Offshore Noosa Resort. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with just a walk across the road to the Noosa River. Thank you to hosts/managers, Sue and John for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
