I don’t remember her name but she was at the reception. She was so helpful and kind. They have very tasty breakfast with many different kinds. It was a great experience to staying there. I can recommend to everyone. Only thing is it’s a bit far from centrum but you can use the tram or you can get a taxi. All the best to IBIS STYLE and all staff’s.

A wonderful hotel located close to the airport and transportation. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and our room was large.
Breakfast was superb but a bit on the cold side.
Looking forward to visiting Sarajevo again and staying at Ibis Styles.

Отель неплохой, минут 10-15 на машине от аэропорта! Остановки транспорта, супермаркет, кафе рядом! Завтрак не очень понравился, хотя вроде всё было, но какое-то не очень вкусное! Бассейн очень маленький!

Konaklama ile ilgili sorun yaşamadık fakat trip üzerinden ödeme yapmama rağmen girişte sorun yaşatmadılar otelden çıkış yaparken ödeme yapılmamış diye 2 saat beni beklettiler.
