What an incredible experience! The service is exceptional with kind and attentive staff; the common areas are gorgeous and thoughtful spaces; and the rooms are minimalistic but well executed with amazing touches. They leave mezcal and snacks in the rooms too! 10/10

We just arrived home after a few days in this wonderful hotel. We travel to Oaxaca quite often to see family and usually stay in Reforma because it's much quieter than centro. A friend had credits that had to be used and gifted them to us for this hotel. I was slightly worried about noise before we checked in but there was none and it was fantastic. The employees are super kind and helpful and the breakfast included was delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a stay here if you're wanting to explore centro. We've stayed in a lot of hotels in the center of the city and this was by far one of the nicest and best located. Really good value for what you get. The front desk are awesome as well. Super helpful and always in a positive mood.

Staff was friendly. Perfect location less than 2 blocks from Zócalo. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the rooftop terrace and pool very peaceful. I would stay here again. I leave Oaxaca so relaxed.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful hotel with amazing and friendly staff. We would absolutely stay here again if we could have avoided a “routine” incident. We asked the hotel to set up a driver/guide for a day of excursions. The company they used did not physically have the appropriate license to drive tourists around town. We were pulled over by the police. Needless to say a scary experience. Ultimately the driver was able to produce the proper paperwork after an hour on the side of the road. I was told this is “routine” but there was certainly nothing routine about it. Lesson learned…confirm the hotel is using a legitimate company with the appropriate paperwork in hand. Certainly not the hotels fault that the company did not physically have the paperwork, but they certainly could have confirmed everything was taken cared of. The hotel was apologetic for the incident, but it did not change the fact that we were pulled over in a foreign country and questioned by the police.

Amazing experience overall. The hotel itself was beautiful and right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to any amazing restaurant you could imagine and all of the great attractions in Oaxaca City. The room was truly fabulous and the service by the staff was second to none. Special shout out to Tony - guy was beyond helpful and provided some great advice for where to check out and where to go on my morning run. And a remarkably friendly guy too.

The service we received at the restaurant was absolutely impecable. Food was delicious and portions generous. We loved Aixa she made our day every day she has the warmest personality and smile. Last day we met Diego by the bar he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Tony also went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and has great recommendations.
