The location of this hotel can't be beat. It was close enough to the main square and popular cathedrals as well as markets without being on top of noise. The hospitality was above my expectations. As a Solo traveler I felt safe and well taken care of. They arranged the taxis for me and even arranged for me to go to a hair stylist as I was attending a wedding nearby. The staff took a picture of me dressed up for the wedding and delivered it to my room as a gift when I return that evening they can arrange tours and everything to make you stay special many restaurants nearby

I booked this reservation for my girlfriend and I. The boutique hotel is small and in the perfect location downtown. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. The maids did a wonderful job providing the breakfast and keeping the room clean during our stay. The staff went far and beyond what I could have expected. This was my birthday trip and during the stay they helped my girlfriend decorate the room; including a heart shaped arrangement of flower petals, brought a birthday cake that was incredibly tasty, and sang happy birthday to me. There was a picture and note put together for us before leaving as well. I highly suggest you book with this hotel, you will not regret it!

Excellent little hotel with a very local / B&B vibe. The staff were super helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and catered specifically for us. The rooms were quite comfortable as well, and they upgraded us with which was very nice. The location is central to everything, but it can be a little loud at night. Highly recommend staying here and it's special because of the staff.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay and my birthday trip feel very special. They are very attentive to details, from how they treat guests, even to how they clean and care for the rooms and common spaces. The entire hotel was extremely clean, perfectly decorated and charming, and the location was possibly the best in the city. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Oaxaca.

Another great stay at this property. Quaint, central and comfortable. The staff and management are welcoming and so helpful. The hotel is always spotless and clean. Breakfast is included and the open air eating area and common areas are very comfortable. They always have parking out front to unload and safe over night parking a half a block down the street. I've stayed here 4 times and I am always welcomed back, helped with inquires and advice and made to feel right at home. The best part is you are right in the heart of the city!!

The staff was so lovely here. We had to book a few extra nights last minute and Fabian was completely accommodating. The room was clean with lots of character and the location was perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the well trafficked area in the centro. Highly recommend. Would love to return on my next trip!
