I made a reservation at this hotel for two people. In the meantime, another friend decided to join us, so we upgraded from one room to an apartment. When we arrived, to my surprise, there was no reservation under my name, even though I had the confirmation in my email. I waited for 30 minutes while they tried to locate it, and during that time my friends were searching for a parking spot because in the hotel garage you must book in advance and costs 25 LEV per day. In the end, they made a new reservation under my friend’s name, and we paid. Two days later, they approached my friend (not me, the person who originally booked) asking for an extra €100 because they had finally found the initial reservation. This is not fair. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby, I was ready to leave, but they insisted the issue was resolved so that we would stay at their hotel, only to ask for more money later. It wasn’t our fault, and it wasn’t entirely theirs either; it was the system’s failure. Such an bad experience overall.

Its a little unfortunate that the Cleaning Personal is unable to speak English. The Breakfast is quite nice though, great variablity.

The hotel is a good option for a beach front property in Varna. Location is excellent close to the park, beach and tons of dining. Facility is aging and needs renovation (furniture, old carpets, toilet pressure, etc.) but still functioning. Staff is very polite and friendly, and when issues arize they do help. Breakfast has some unique options and offers a lot of different options, yet some things are odd (taking plates and utensils down by your feet, crammed space by drinks, etc.) If you are expecting a simple stay, you will not be disappointed). However, do not expect luxury, if so, go elsewhere.

Is not up to Western European Standards
Bed couch is so uncomfortable that even our child cannot sleep there. Shower gel and shampoo provided in little bags, one per person and night, so not enough if you want to shower twice. Tv doesnt work properly. Location on main street and extremly noisy. Air condition does not cool properly. Laundry service is an extremly expensive scam. Staff is nice as the only positive. Never again!

Our sea view room was a great choice. The view was perfect, looking out at the Black Sea. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size, not cramped. The sofa was great to take advantage of the view. The only thing missing, was not having Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
