It was very close to the city centre. There were many interesting places located within 5 km.
The only issue was our room which was located on the 1st floor. We have to use the stairs to bring our luggage. There was no lift.

Really helpful and kind reception, the areas were so clean and spacious. I stayed in one of the all girls rooms which was a nice choice this time of year. never fighting for bathrooms/showers. plus its in rotoruas cbd right next to one of the parks for a nice stroll!

The bunk beds don't provide any towels, but the double room does. I live in a bunk bed room with two people. My roommate seems to be a long-term resident or an employee. He never closes the door every time he enters and exits the room. The room is smelly. As a girl, I don't feel safe or comfortable.

Good affordable short stay when exploring Rotorua, toilets were clean and kitchen was well equipped. Slightly less privacy since neighbouring rooms could look into the room too.
