We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always our favorite place to stay in Connecticut for a beautiful hotel, wonderful water views, a great restaurant, and fun things to do in Old Saybrook. Most importantly the staff are kind and helpful. They have two year around pools to swim in and bicycles that are complementary to ride. We did both of these things this trip and had a great time once again.

I was lucky to have my wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Saybrook Point, which allowed me to stay a couple nights at the inn. My husband and I had an excellent stay! Our wedding booking included the room reservation for us, which made a lot of logistics and planning easier. The room was large and nicely decorated. We had a good view of the marina area. It was incredibly convenient to have this room for our wedding weekend. The bathroom is elegant and had vanity space to help with getting ready. We had a lot of great amenities, including an electric fireplace and seating in the room. The food we had was excellent, including the wedding catering taste test, the breakfast room service they added into our wedding catering order, and our wedding menu. All of the staff we worked with or met - from the events and catering teams to the front desk and restaurant - went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and assist in any way they could. The area is maintained beautifully, so it was a pleasure to both stay and celebrate on the grounds. I look forward to more of our wedding photography. We had the perfect wedding for us and our guests!

What a wonderful amazing weekend we had at old Saybrook Inn. Yes there was a wedding and lots of people in the lobby but the staff could not have been more wonderful and welcoming. They made checking in fast and seamless. The Inn is so pretty and so so clean. Rooms 331 and Stony Creek Suite are worth every penny. Spend the extra and enjoy the view. Room 331 was absolutely amazing. Water views are breathtaking. Now i am spoiled and will look to book that room every time. I can’t wait to go back, our stay couldn't have been better.

Beautiful resort with top notch amenities and friendly staff. We loved using the heated outdoor pool overlooking the marina in OCTOBER. I loved the quality shampoo, bath gel and conditioner provided. Although we tried some restaurants in town, you really hate to leave the resort and the beautiful ocean view from our balcony.

We love Saybrook Point and always come for Columbus Day Weekend. This weekend did not disappoint despite the weather! You staff is always friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. We spent more time in the Choo Choo Lounge and in Fresh Salt because of the weather and the service in both was excellent. Our room was great and Jack and Vincent went above and beyond with customer service. We will be back again, soon.

Saybrook Point never disappoints! The staff is always so pleasant and helpful with any and all needs. The marina staff was ever-present and polite. Our room was beautiful and clean every day. The restaurant is top notch!

We have never visited Connecticut before and booked this place online as a quiet stay between visiting New York and Boston . I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations, very luxurious and well appointed rooms and great facilities. The staff were so friendly and professional, we used the resort shuttle bus service a few times as we were travelling on Amtrak and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool, restaurant food was great quality and good value. This resort is in a beautiful location, tucked away by the coast, perfect place to relax.

excellent staff.... . Ask for Jeff at the bar! beautiful place .. our room was luxurious and spacious!.. The food is amazing . The seafood was the freshest i've had ..Highly recommend!!!
