Besides the hotel’s beautiful view and incredibly decadent decor the staff here was exceptional ! Especially Svetlana- she was so warm and welcoming in the spa- I felt I was in good hands with her- her professionalism was consistent but she was so warm and friendly, I felt right at home - couldn’t say enough good things about her- she made my stay in Opatija that much more memorable !

A superb choice, especially for regular visitors. The location is fantastic, and all amenities are top-notch. But the **true standout stars are the staff**. They treat you like a long-lost family member returning home – warm, genuinely welcoming, and incredibly attentive. This personal touch, combined with the perfect facilities and prime spot, makes every stay exceptional. As someone on my nth visit (well over 10!), I can't recommend Milenij highly enough. A real gem in Opatija.

We had a beautiful room facing the sea with a large veranda. Room was lovely and the staff was so helpful and kind. Buffet breakfast was very good with anything anyone could want to eat. Got a little crowded and staff had some trouble keeping tables cleaned and ready for newcomers. Nice indoor pool, but jacuzzi was not heated. Great location and perfect for walks on the promenade.

This was a beautiful hotel with grounds that are well kept. It had a pool with a nice area with comfy loungers to relax in and the area had a hot tub. The pool itself could be changed to be an indoor pool or an outdoor pool depending on the weather. Our room was a corner room on the 2nd floor. The curtains were quite good at blocking out the light but then it just wasn't bright enough. The room needed a lamp in the corner. Our room also had a musty smell too. I couldn't find the hairdryer and needed to call the front desk for help. It was in a drawer under the sink. Interestingly it was screwed into the bottom of the drawer.

Radovan was our waiter the first night we arrived and treated us exceptionally well. It was a very pleasant welcome and we look forward to the rest of our stay here.
