首先要吐槽一下酒店前台工作人員服務質量良莠不齊，一部分熱情專業，一小部分傲慢無禮不專業，辦理續房手續流程生疏態度也不好，收據不經提醒也不知道給，英文水平一般，詢問幫訂餐廳事宜也給出不耐煩趕緊打發走的態度，整體感受不到酒店歡迎客人的態度令人不悦，跟酒店直接訂房比平台價格要高寶子們需注意⚠️酒店的位置離梅田站步行距離，購物很方便，設計風格中規中矩米色商務風，作為24年新開業的酒店沒有驚喜，房間硬件和早餐保持了一貫的水準，值得稱讚的是床品和衞浴設施質量非常高，睡得很好。大堂和早餐廳在一層視線受周圍高樓阻擋比較壓抑。

在大阪中心緊靠梅田商圈，房間很大，酒店很新，設施服務都是頂級，給娃加了張小床，非常nice，連住三天，強烈推薦！

酒店房間奢華舒適 兼具設計感與實用性！窗外的風景也是一流 讓人心曠神怡！健身房和泳池也非常棒 在旅行中也可以鍛鍊身體！當然地理位置也十分優越 四通八達 去哪裡都不會麻煩 是來大阪旅行非常舒心的選擇！不想出去還可以隨時點餐享用美食 大人小孩都很愉快哦！
