旁邊就是大丸 對面是阪神 走到阪急也很近
離herbis大巴站五分鐘
房間設施齊全 乾淨整潔

之前住過一次Granvia 38平的行政房間體驗很好，這次定了個普通房間頓時覺得就是住了個快捷酒店～窗簾拉不嚴，有個髮卡別在上面，不知道是酒店準備的還是同胞留下的，作為4星酒店窗簾這副樣子實在拉胯～房間空調電源的總控也很復古哈哈
還有房間裏沒有準備小童的拖鞋、牙膏牙刷，需要打電話給前台要

酒店位置就在梅田站大丸百貨樓上，周邊是著名的梅田商圈，超級方便。來大阪的第一頓飯大阪燒就是在酒店樓下的美食區解決的，非常美味。酒店服務也非常好，入住有小姐姐幫忙拿行李到房間。入住後到半夜我們發現房間越來越冷，温度調到30度也沒用，加了備用的被子還是冷嗖嗖的，原來房間空調口吹出來的是冷風，無奈之下打電話給值班人員，後來在交流有點小困難的情況下很快給我們升級了另外一個房間，雖然半夜三更有點狼狽和折騰，也算完美的解決了問題，感謝當晚忘記問名字幫忙解決問題和搬行李的值班小哥哥。以後去大阪也會選擇這間酒店。

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I recently had the wonderful experience of staying at Hotel Granvia Osaka, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. A huge thank you to R. Takeuchi and A. Matsumoto for exemplifying exceptional customer service. Their warm smiles, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. They made me feel like a VIP, and I'll always be grateful for their excellent service.

有3人間，房間是小，交通便利，關西機場大巴來回方便，離首發站還進，一樓出去就是大丸百貨大樓，負一樓買早飯方便，然後就是梅田巨大的交通樞紐，基本上往上學一下馬上能上手，我們家本來打算4 天包車，結果除了去環球，基本上泡在了梅田跟心齋橋，住這裏適合商圈逛，去景點基本上地鐵，第一天晚上來，被電車坑了一個多小時，去環球換坐電車也就10多分鐘，總體來講很方便，房間裏的空氣凈化器得開，還有他們洗髮水把我們的鋼絲髮給洗軟了，服帖還不油，大丸阪急8點關了，但是後面的lucua商場關的晚，負二居酒屋開的熱鬧，最近刺身不要太便宜

地理位置超級好，機場大巴下車後反方向走 看到大阪站和大丸過馬路就是。樓下大丸百貨，JR車站，地鐵站，無敵方便，特別適合一日來回的旅行和梅田買買買的姐妹們

地理位置在梅田我覺得是最好的，衹要乘電梯到3樓，走天橋通道去任何商場都很方便。
房間大小適中，雖然不是很寬敞，但在日本酒店裡也算是還可以的了。
