建議避雷，難以想象這樣的酒店是怎麼評上五星的。
公共環境：酒店非常小，幾乎沒有前台，走廊是僅寬一米的狹窄過道，沒有電梯。
房間：我們定了一個普通房間，一個套房。都很小，普通房間小到行李沒地方放。
服務：遇到的前台服務很差，對人怠慢，我們兩大兩小，告知我們法律不允許一房間超過三人，要求我們離開一個大人，去別的酒店訂房（因為當晚酒店滿房），並且不同意我退房，也沒有給別的解決方案。結果第一晚我先生衹好去到別的酒店，真的令人匪夷所思。
不過餐廳部的服務還是不錯的
綜上：不值這個價格，在牛津一定會有更好的選擇

酒店停車十分便利，是自駕遊的首選。樓下是一個餐廳也是check-in的地方，一開始會懷疑走錯地方，但到了房間卻別有洞天。酒店很温馨，有歡迎卡和免費的新鮮奶。房間的每個裝飾都是濃濃的英倫風，連牆上的掛畫都充滿牛津城的故事，洗漱用品也很精緻。很愛樓下的圖書館，有大學校園的感覺。酒店地理位置也不錯，離歎息橋等景點很近！

非常有歷史的一座房子，沒有电梯，梯梯很窄小，里面裝修小而精致、干净。前台服務员会帮忙抬行李送到房間及帶客人参观讲解。房間新装修布置很温馨、舒適。还有贴心的手写欢迎卡，让人有总回家的感覺。
