An outstanding special birthday celebration buffet lunch for close friends and family. Beginning with Prosecco and canapés, then generous mains, delicious desserts, coffees with our own cake. Delightful room off the main hallway, views of the garden and attentive service throughout. Thanks to Phoebe for planning and Jay on the day!

Professional from start to finish, 10 out 10 stay, clean and well appointed rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff (particularly Aysha on reception). Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Booked this hotel with a group of friends as we were attending Sandown races, only a 10 minute taxi ride away.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Absolutely warm atmosphere, full of love and care . Everything from the booking date till check out was simply great . .A specially I would like to thank Jay from the restaurant team and all waiters and managers - every morning was really special with them , we felt pampered and loved . Also we really appreciated Aisha from reception area who was extremely nice and helpful . Our anniversary trip will remain in our memories forever ❤️

We held our Annual Regional HR Conference with Woodlands Park and they were extremely accommodating up to and on the days of our event. The location was lovely as for most people it was a change of pace, either outside of London or in a traditional English countryside manor, which made the atmosphere very calming, especially for such a busy event for us. The value of the entire event was very good for the facilities and service we got, especially with such a large and well set up meeting room, breakout room and dining room. Everything was clean and tidy throughout the entire venue, especially when it came to dinner and our afternoon tea, which I think added to everyone's love of the venue. Overall, the team were amazing, especially Emma for helping to organize the whole thing and Tom, Sadie, Sheldon and Tevin for their help on the day, as well as the rest of the team! Thank you!

Stayed for a one off treat in a suite which was lovely and the hotel in itself cannot be faulted, it is lovely set in nice surroundings and the food was good, the room comfortable with everything you needed. Unfortunately we stayed the same time as a large group including children who were very noisy and were running around the bedroom landing area shouting and talking until the small hours. There was no intervention by staff to stop this. Complained the following morning and later the day received an email offering a complimentary upgrade, this was reiterated by the manager in a later email also hoping I would have a peaceful relaxing time next time I visited which is what I should have got on my first visit and which they pride themselves on in hotel description. Explained I would not be able to stay again as my stay was a one off treat but no better resolution was offered and customer services have not responded to emails or letters. This obviously was luck off the draw for the night of the stay but the staff did nothing to handle the situation and the management seem to think the offer they made is satisfactory.
