房間的地理位子很好，外出購物啥的很方便。衞生間一直沒找到排氣扇，覺得遺憾，總體感覺還是很好。對了還有自駕車進出口太小了，車技差點的肯定要刮到車子了，忘記拍照了

住在派西亞的水邊棕櫚公寓裏，心情完全可以放鬆。乾淨整潔自然舒適，公寓的對面就是海灘，很多遊客和當地居民在藍天白雲下散步游泳，真的舒服。可以推薦給大家！

This was a WONDERFUL place with a great view! We left one accommodation and came to this one based on a recommendation from a local. It was very spacious, a view of the ocean, full kitchen, washer and dryer, just perfect all around. The only thing better than the actual apartment was the staff. They were helpful with things to do and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Definitely worth every penny!

We booked a room in December and the room we paid NZD 820 !! per night for was made for wheelchairs so everything was really low like kitchen bench, sinks etc. Not great if you wanted to cook something so we just went out every time. The place also smelt damp and had wet patches on the floor in the living room and the hallway near one of the bedrooms. It was like water came from under the floor. It was such a depressing room, no good memories being made here. It was supposed to be an amazing time in Paihia but our room had ruined our stay. Still can’t believe they charged us so much for a room like that, I still feel sick thinking about how much we paid. We told our travel agency to never book anyone at this accomodation.

Excellent. We booked an apartment with a sea view for our three night stay and we had a fabulous balcony on which to relax and observe the comings and goings along the waterside. Lots of internal space with quality white goods for laundry etc. The bathroom shower was fab, the only thing I would suggest (if the owner ever reads reviews....) is that there was plenty of room to fit two basins. The area around the single basin didn't provide much room for toiletry bags, etc, so a consideration if and when a re vamp is on the cards. Also, it's at one end of the long high street, so a little walk to the main part of town, but def not far. Small details, I would still recommend this choice.
