I went for a brief trip to celebrate one of my favorite philanthropies so I did not have a chance to sample all of the Hotel's features (for example, I did not get to go to the off-site gym). However, I can report that this grand resort epitomizes old Florida IMO and I liked its warmth and intimacy better than the grandeur of its primary competitor, The Breakers. The service is wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and call you by name. The turndown service is wonderful and they give you an interesting card about the history and an exceptionally tasty sweet macaron form Laduree. My room was quite small and fully priced, but you could not have a better location - just one block from the Beach and Worth Avenue. The "free" in-house car service featuring a vintage Land Rover Defender and a Volvo station wagon is quite exceptional.

This is an iconic hotel that is in the prime location. I had the best Palm Beach experience! I highly recommend the Colony and their signature restaurant Swiftys. The rooms are adorable and the bar scene is fabulous! I love the Pop up shops as well!

Great place for a girls weekend. This was a great iconic retreat for 4 lifetime friends to share a weekend of laughs, food and cocktails. We hope to make this an annual event.

Excellent service, very attentive & helpful regarding the hotel and options of things to do in town, transportation, etc. Got an upgrade and the room was stunning. Food at the restaurant also quite good

Our stay at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach was exceptional. The staff was highly accommodating to all of our requests, including assisting with icing a broken foot, which was greatly appreciated. The car service was consistently punctual and reliable, and the beach setup was seamless and well organized. Poolside service was also outstanding, with Bryan and Daniel providing attentive and professional care throughout our stay. Overall, the level of service and hospitality exceeded expectations, making The Colony an excellent choice in Palm Beach.

My family and I went to The Colony Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s sweet sixteenth birthday. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn and the experience was phenomenal! The Colony team took extra care and went out of their way to make my daughter’s sixteenth birthday a very special and memorable day that she will never forget! I would recommend The Colony Hotel to anyone visiting Palm Beach Florida! My family will definitely be back for years to come!
