這家是我住過的最差的華爾道夫。服務員稀裏糊塗。前台入住讓我加兩百升級，我説不用。去了房間是升級的房間，我打電話説不需要升級，我要原來的房間，另一個服務員接的， 説沒有房間了，衹有這個。這種情況怎麼能收費呢？我們房間有三份免費早餐，特意跟餐廳前台説了，但是後來賬單又多付了203.15美元，聯繫數次至今無果。四百多美金就這麼莫名其妙的扣掉了，太***了

是我待過最差的四季酒店！沒有之一！辦入住的櫃枱人員很不友善，明明定了兩間房一直説衹有一間，給她看有2個訂房確認號，她不看要我再花錢再定一間，我一直和她説請再查一查，最後她才願意，一查就是有兩間。
酒店很舊，衣櫃的木頭脱落，室內陳設很一般。
最恐怖的是，退房時把行李寄放在前台，拿的時候竟然少給了一件，到機場的時候才發現，不敢相信是四季酒店的服務！差點讓我們錯過飛機！！建議大家一定不要入住這裏，同樣的價格可以在拉斯維加斯住好很多的。

設施：泳池很漂亮 適合拍照
環境：環境很好，也很安靜，聖誕氛圍濃厚，很適合拍照
