The best view of the eiffel tower in all Paris, also the bedrooms are very comfortable. Amazing service and valuable staff. It was the best experience.

My sister and I traveled to Paris for her big birthday, and choosing Résidence Charles Floquet was the best decision we could have made! The apartment was absolutely perfect—stylish, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, living room, full kitchen, and more closet space than we knew what to do with! But the true showstopper? The breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower with a balcony. It was glowing, sparkling, almost within reach—simply magical. It’s a moment we will remember for the rest of our lives. Sharing that view together during such a special trip felt like a dream come true. It felt so close it could have sat on our laps! The residence is located on a quiet, tree-lined street surrounded by classic Haussmann buildings and is within walking distance of everything. A very special thank-you to Suzane. She didn’t just help us—she cared for us. She showed us how to navigate Paris, answered every question, solved every need, and made us feel supported, safe, and welcomed. Suzane went far beyond anything we expected. Her kindness, warmth and professionalism turned a fabulous stay into an unforgettable experience. I highly, highly recommend Résidence Charles Floquet.
