Very good experience - different from usual hotel with the designs ; not very crowded & noisy, clean. Bed firm with soft pillows Only concerns : water from faucet will take minutes to become hot & room very cold difficult to control the aircon temp

This hotel is excellent and worth booking. All aspects that makes a hotel grand has been very well delivered. All the staff members are respectful, attentive and kind. I will definitely book to stay in this hotel again. Thanks everyone for making our stay special.

Paid 13,000 pesos for an overnight stay at this five-star hotel and was given a room with a defective airconditioner. The airconditioning in our room was faulty and was never cooler than 24°C, even after setting it at 15°C for three hours. A technician tried to fix it but it still never went cooler than 23°C. Just requested a fan in the end. Around 2AM, my mother had a spike in her blood pressure and felt dizzy due to the warm temperature. She was earlier admitted to the hotel's medical clinic due to the same medical condition. We were grateful that the hotel's emergency medical staff were very helpful. We had to be transferred to another room at 3AM.
