The Ritz-Carlton, Naples

This resort is as luxurious as described. Grounds are exquisite. Well manicured and picturesque. Entering through the lobby you are greeted by a two-story ceiling with natural lighting and gorgeous decor. Katie at the Front Desk was most welcoming and her warmth and sincerity was directly out of the company’s handbook. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely confirming our satisfaction. The beachside restaurant was great. Large portions and what a view. Beach attendants were extremely accommodating. Rooms were appointed as would be expected and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Italian restaurant (Nolita) serves a daily breakfast buffet; however, we opted for the delectable menu. Family pool as well as an entire separate pool area for adults only. Three story spa has additional hot tub overlooking the pool area from the second level. Coffee shop has some of the most amazing bakery goods. Resort fee includes beach chairs, umbrellas, access to water park, driving range at Tiburon and much more. We can go on and on. Do yourself a favor and get pampered at this resort (this is the beach location rather than the golf resort)

I just wanted to express our gratitude for the wonderful service we had with the Photography Concierge at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Every aspect of their service was friendly, helpful, and professional - from booking, the actual session, to the ordering phase. Sharon, our photographer, made the session a ton of fun and we were able to make such nice memories taking pictures at sunset at the beach. The pictures she took will soon be displayed in our home, and we are so grateful for them. Thank you!

First time in Naples, so definitely first time staying here. It was on a business trip with my husband‘s bank. Our room was on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. Two very comfortable queen beds with plenty of pillows. Large walking space. Beautiful balcony with two chairs and a table. Nespresso coffee machine, which was fabulous. And in room safe. Large closet. Ironing board, large TV. Small small extremely small refrigerator . Might hold four or five standup drinks. Lots of storage space. Separate area with a vanity and a huge bathroom with step in tub. water pressure was low for tub but wasn’t an issue. shower heads were great. I think we might’ve had a handicapped accessible bathroom, but it was perfect . two sinks and all the amenities you need in a bathroom. Our curtains for the room opened and closed with a button by the bed, which was extremely convenient as well as very cool. Temperature was great. No noise was heard on our floor. As we live only three hours away, we were able to bring our own fan to block out noise. I’m not sure if the hotel has some, but that is always a good idea to ask. I cannot imagine they wouldn’t. Elevators were very fast. Gift shops are very expensive, but that’s what you expect. Coffee shop has good selection of coffee,gelato, and lovely pastries. Pricey but it is the Ritz…. Lexiss checked us in and she could not have been more professional and courteous. We got champagne on check-in. Lobby is gorgeous with a bar and the ballrooms are huge for any function you may need. The courtyard is beautiful and that is where our function was held that evening. The catered food there was on point and could not have been more delicious. The flowers/landscaping are beyond beautiful. Bell service was fast. Car service was fast. courteous and professional. There is a family pool and an adult pool. I did not visit but I heard they were fabulous. There is a beach side bar called gumbo limbo that had great food and a gorgeous view. The ocean there can’t be beat, and there are umbrellas and chairs to rent. I don’t know if we’ll ever get the opportunity to stay here again, but I would stay here in a heartbeat, and I’ll highly recommend it for someone who wants an elegant extremely upscale experience. Could not have been more pleased.

Me and my daughter went there for a girls weekend trip. From the minute we pulled up, we were greeted with smiles and very helpful staff. Sebastian was at the front desk and checked us in. He was fabulous and put us in a great ocean front room, which we appreciated! He made us feel like we are truly at a Ritz Carlton resort hotel! Professionalism and Excellence. We ate at the Japanese restaurant which was delicious and had a great vibe. Thanks for the wonderful weekend. We will definitely be coming back.:)

I recently spent 3 days/2 nights at the Ritz-Carlton Naples. What a great place to check out off the rat race for a few days and relax. Alexis upgraded me to an Ocean View room which was outstanding. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous. I loved the diversity of restaurant choices on site. The pools weren't overcrowded this time of year, and I took out an e-Bike for a ride through Pelican Bay. I will be back in the future with my wife and sons.

Disappointing experience. Booked a King Bed Ocean View with balcony and we were placed on the 4th floor. The carpet on the 4th floor hallway smelled like urine. The room had, what appeared to be, a queen bed instead of the king. Just below our balcony, literally 10 feet below, there was active maintenance work being done, nullifying balcony privacy. I communicated ahead of time regarding a birthday dinner reservation at Dusk (which we were late for because the bellman arrived to the room 15-20 minutes after we did) yet we were placed in a corner sofa with 14-16" high tables - made eating quite difficult. Waitress at Dusk asked whose birthday it was - which was corny seeing I communicated ahead of time. Nothing special was done whatsoever, ending my 9 year streak of providing a great dinner experience for my girlfriend. While I'm standing outside waiting for valet to bring the car, the valet driver aggressively drives it to the entrance - gets out and says "sounds nice." This was a polarizing experience compared to the South Beach location. The nicest part was simply walking on the beach. Based off my experience I will never return. Cherry on top is getting a ChatGPT response to my Google Review instead of someone from the Hotel reaching out directly to me - that’s what you can expect from the Ritz in Naples. Shameful.
