以下對於牡丹雲錦花園酒店持客觀及中肯評價
服務：服務態度方面為中規中矩，沒有太熱情 也沒有特別差，期間房間空調暖氣有不適來電諮詢也沒有及時讓工程部門上來解決拖到第二日二次來電才上門解決，前台解決問題及響應速度懶散。
衞生：衞生打掃在酒店業內算較差勁，雖然是續住，但衞生方面的打掃也應乾淨整潔 收拾良好吧，但是浴缸內前一晚泡澡水沒有倒 及房內地毯上放着的床旗沒有收拾放好，隨意放置的枕頭也沒有床歸原位，放在床上的衣服其他酒店會幫忙疊放好，該酒店沒有這個服務不強求，打電話去前台反饋 前台説一般續住 阿姨衹是簡單收拾垃圾即可，但作為在彭州算高檔次些的牡丹雲錦酒店，該衞生管理方面覺得還是需要規範些給住客良好的體驗感，但是酒店方覺得無所謂那就忽略吧。
上訴現象前台説反饋上級，但是至今也未有合理解決措施。
該差評僅是本人入住體驗所寫，無法與一二線城市對比，但與同城市的怡家酒店對比可説大大遜色，
僅供參考
公司經常團建出差 對於酒店需求較大 首次入住體驗較差 後續將不會再選擇。

對品質有要求的千萬別住這家，洗漱下水很慢、衞生間浴室沒門，水到處都是，空調也不行，總體來説老舊！早餐感覺更差，連牛奶都沒有！

國慶假期陪孩子去森林公園，偶然網上看到的這家酒店，硬件設施還不錯，雖然看起來有些年頭，衞浴是科勒，床墊枕頭也都挺舒服，房間左邊是翠湖右邊是市政公園，服務很好，送了入住水果，負責人和前台小姐姐都很熱情周到，酒店早餐的涼菜粗糧點贊。吹風機建議更換匹配大功率的酒店專用吹風機，1200瓦吹頭髮有點費勁😂玻璃杯建議換成帶蓋茶杯。早餐餐盤如果換成陶瓷的可能會更加分😂總之性價比很高的一家酒店，值得推薦👍👍👍
