Hmmm…overall is a good hotel. However, I don’t feel it is a 5 star worthy rated hotel. We booked for 3 night stay and by the second day, while I was having shower, I ran out of shower gel. The amenities in rooms should be enough for the stay. The guests shouldn’t have to experience leaving the shower without a complete bath. Perhaps the bottles should be transparent so that the house keeping staff can easily see to replenish or not. The other issue we had was the staff at the bar doesn’t know the menu at all. We asked 3 times if the burger was beef, and she told us it was pork. We find it hard to believe but she insisted it was..so I ordered the fish and chips instead but a few minutes later a waiter delivered a burger to the table next to us and I asked the waiter if it was beef burger and he said yes. We try to change our order with another waiter and he tried to talk us out of it and told us it was 20 minutes wait simply because the fish and chips is ready. That’s very disappointing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one missed the mark!! Definitely not 5 star service
Having said all the able, hands down to their breakfast spread! Super delicious and the varieties is endless!

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was spotless, the swimming pool was spacious, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent — it offered a wide variety of options and changed daily, which made every morning a pleasant surprise. We stayed for four nights and were very satisfied with the entire experience. We would definitely love to come back again in the future!

Absolutely amazing hotel! One of the best I have stayed. Excellent communication from hotel staff. Great shuttle service from airport to hotel, upon arrival staff were outstanding! Great reception staff and the manager was so helpful and kind. Porters were welcoming and assisted to the hotel room. I was so shocked when I entered the room at how beautiful the view was!! Room was huge and very clean! Definitely book a balcony sea view room! You will not be disappointed! The hotel has many things to do, relaxation by the beach and the happy hour is worth it! The breakfast has plenty of varieties including chocolate hour is so unique! Room service was prompt delivery and worth ordering with plenty of options to cater for families. This was the best resort to stay when visiting Phu Quoc! Definitely recommend! Will definitely return! Hotel deserves 5 stars!!!!

+ Positive: Breakfast is amazing, room is spacious, beach is nice. Swimming pool great.
Location is a bit far from closest town (Tran Hung Dao) like 40mins Grab ride. So you would spend much time inside resort if don’t want to travel out.
*** Negative: (Please READ)
- Front desk slow: 45mins wait for check-in (budget time for long check-out wait too)
- Service varies: 70% staffs below average; 10% normal; 20% good
- Islander Restaurant staffs are generally bad and treat you like fast-food patrons. They don’t want to be bothered and only likes to clean up tables
- Aura Pool restaurant staffs are POOR. Basically they don’t want to service you and pretty much enjoy chatting on their own. For example Nhyu Y, a server there was extremely condescending. Other staffs don’t feel cleaning dirty table up is in their job description and just walk away and never come back to clean (we asked a few very nicely but they don’t care)
With a nice beach location and decor it’s really a pity that visitors are thrown by services at the end.

Best in whole Phu quoc for those who are traveling with kids!! Unlimited fun activities for kids!! Chocolate hour is another best thing in the hotel I have ever seen!!

The property is great however secluded from main attractions (always need a GRAB) .It would have been great if the resort may have provided motorcycles rental options. We stayed for 5 nights and every day the breakfast kept on repeating. All we liked was the pool and the beach. TBH there are plenty other options more close to the main attractions. Who ever answered at the reception calls was not polite almost had to argue for small things. Please check with the property bed options before booking they do not cooperate later.Food options are great for lunch and dinner.Be sure you order it before 9:30pm for dinner. Do visit Garden Cafe and Spa right outside the main gate it was worth a visit (not a part of this property) .I am being honest on the review as I booked this place by reading the reviews which did not match. Nothing against the staff they were all great and helpful.

I do not recommend this hotel! There is a garbage recycling plant nearby, and there is a smell from the exhaust pipe that emits smoke 24 hours a day. The environment near the hotel is very poor. The hotel knows this and remains silent.
