福華Vila服務非常棒，早餐豐富還有入住的每個客人主餐服務。接待人員幾乎可以滿足客戶的住房需求，客氣且熱情。
Vila泳池的水是每次退房後就會換水，進水是當著住客的面進水，所以非常乾淨。每個房都有按摩浴缸，及2個衛浴。
Vila房客可以使用腳踏車，水世界，還有其他的服務，都是免費的，不過有的項目次數及時間限制。整體來說，天晴可以去外面玩，雨天也可以在福華過上不錯的一天。
優點：太多了，墾丁大街很近。
小缺點：Vila入口在進門一個綠色牌前，往下走的小路，不小心就開車錯過了。

設施：基本齊全，五星級酒店應有的都有

帶大點的孩子出行，兩張大床是必須的，空間夠大、有廳有沙發，可以大人休息一下的同時小孩子有玩耍的空間；不太熱的時候還可以在院子的水池裡戲水。前台非常有禮貌和對客人關愛，有問必答。另外酒店自己有通道直接到海灘。
非要講缺點，就是早餐品種雖然豐富，卻不太符合我們的口味。
