Hotel LIVVO Volcán Lanzarote

Excellent hotel with good location, with sea views from the room, a lot of swimming pools, fitness zone, spa zone, all necessary conditions for relaxing. Beautiful breakfast and dinner with a lot of products from various world's kitchens. So, the best hotel to forget about your life problems)))

We had a great time. The rooms are lovely as is the reception and pool area. The hotel is on the marina close to lots of nice restaurants. Although it’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Just had 7 fabulous days at this fantastic hotel. Excellent location, wonderful choice of food, to suit every palate. The staff are very friendly, especially the waiter Abraham who looked after my wife and I like we were royalty. Superb location, just a short walk through the gate to the marina. Where there are shops and bars to enjoy a drink and chill, chill, chill.

This hotel blew us away from the moment we walked into the hotel. With its church like reception room. The view from reception looking out to the pool through huge arched windows. There is also a lagoon on pool level inside the hotel. Stunning. Out if this world! Rooms were spacious & beds were huge & cleaned daily. The evening entertainment was fairly decent, especially the opera singers in the church, freddie mercury, the beatles & two girls who sang a variety of songs but with a special flare. Special mention to Cesar & Gaby, part of the management team. They really helped me out on my last day with an issue i had. Lovely people to deal with. Professional & considerate. Receptionists were always available & helpful. Breakfast was varied & catered to all tastes. Buffet dinners were q different cuisine every night with a chef to cook different meats on the spot. The area is in the marina end of playa blanca, it is a quiet area but there was lots of high end restaurants & bars to choose from & a lovely promenade walk to other areas of pb. Personally we preferred the pace of life there to puerto del carmen. We took a bus there one day & didnt last long tbh. This is actually my 1st TA review & i couldnt have started with a better hotel. We will be back again for sure ❤️

This was our second visit to this incredible hotel. Setting, atmosphere, service and location are all perfect. I now can not imagine going to any other hotel as Volcan has set the standard and I don’t believe any other hotel could beat it! I’m already on count down for our next visit later this year. I’d like to mention a few names of those who made our trip extra special. We stayed in club and every day at breakfast or at the pool bar were greeted by Angie or Natalia. Both these ladies work exceptionally hard and deliver service with a smile, making every guest feel so special and looked after. They take pride in their role and can’t do enough to help. They truly are superstars and we are so grateful to them for making our holiday so special. I’d also like to mention the restaurant staff who on both our stays have gone above and beyond. My husband has several food Allergies and they made sure every night he was shown what he could and couldn’t eat at the buffet and always offered to make him something to order. Thanks to all the restaurant team including Abraham who was always so welcoming and to all the chefs. I’d also like to give a special mention to Josue and Julieth, both have been incredible and are a credit to the hotel. Josue even on our first visit back in April went out of his way before he went on a rest day to make sure my husbands food needs were catered for in his absence. And again on our most recent visit he and Julieth were both as attentive. I truly hope the hotel read this review and pass on our thanks to him in particular for looking after us so well on both visits. He is an asset to the hotel. So in summary this hotel is amazing. They can’t do enough for their guests and have the right balance, it’s a large hotel but it has a bespoke and personal feel where you are treated like a retuning family member.
