This was our second stay at Playacar Palace. We love the walkout suites since your bracelet works for the outside door and it’s easy access to the beach and pool. The resort is the perfect size - not too big and not too small. We love the pool with lots of lounge chairs. There are enough restaurants where you don’t have to eat at every one twice in a week. Service is excellent, friendly and accommodating. The Entertainment Staff does a great job of including people and there wasn’t a lot of pressure to do stuff, but they kept you busy if you wanted to be busy! Some of our favorite staff members are Rodrigo (Entertainment) and Daniela (Pool Server). Thanks for making our stay so great!

The pastries were a highlight — beautifully detailed and clearly made with care. Special kudos to Juan Machucho Fernandez, iliana Cristel Rueda Mandragón, Andrea Acosta Ruiz, and Toni Sadrean. I have visited many Palace Resorts, and this one truly stands out as the best. Reason why I asked to meet who was behind all those sweets. At the café, Juliana Cáliz greeted me with several delicious options. She was very pleasant to speak with, both in English and Spanish, which made the experience even more welcoming. The ocean server was great but I don’t remember his name but I attached a picture of him. At the spa, Arturo Scenes provided a warm and professional welcome at the front desk. My therapist, Rosa, was incredible — her hands are pure magic. I didn’t want my session to end! Talk to the employees, they are the ones that make your stay unforgettable. The color of the bracelet does not matter.

We had the most wonderful private birthday dinner at Palace Playacar Resort, and it truly was an inolvidable experience. The attention to detail and personalized service made the evening unforgettable. A very special thank you to Daniel Tello for arranging everything so perfectly, to our warm and attentive hostess Brenda, and to the talented Chef Nayeli, who crafted an exceptional cocktails and dinner that exceeded all expectations. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, making the night feel both intimate and celebratory. This experience highlighted the Palace commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality. It was a birthday celebration we will always cherish, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team who made it so memorable.

We have been coming to playa car palace for many years. From the minute we arrive we are greeted by the best staff! They have become like our family. Manuel the bell man is such an amazing man. So welcoming and he always remembers us. Iran in the coffee shop always remembers what we drink every morning. I don’t know how she does it with all the people she sees Benito, Leticia enziqueil and Felipe in the lobby bar are amazing. We always have a great time hanging out and chatting while in the lobby bar. And they make great drinks! Israel in the breakfast buffet always had our Carmel lattes ready and we had great conversations with him. Let’s talk about the awesome pool team! Perla, Pablo, Daniela, valentin Julianna and of course Ignacio what an amazing group. The drinks are amazing. The service they provide is always 1000%! I will say this 100 times over if you want the best service and amazing staff and resort you have to come to playa car palace! Thank you as always Kathy T

GREAT EXPERIENCE 10/10 ! Def will be back ! All the staff was friendly and sweet ! I’ll like to shout out Karmen (guest services) , Erick and Almondra (entertainment), Carmen (pool bar), and Benito (pool bar) ! Was so amazing, a lot of activities to do, and loved it ! Greattt food and drinks !
