Excelente hotel! Comida maravilhosa, ambiente familiar muito agradável e acolhedor organizaçãodo quarto ótimo. Meus meninos simplesmente amaram o parque aquático — além de divertido, é bem cuidado e muito limpo. A academia também merece destaque: nota 10! A recreação, sem dúvidas, foi a melhor que já vimos. A tia Lilás conquistou de vez o coração dos meus filhos, e as outras tias — como Lola, Pipoca e Kiwi — também foram incríveis. Não tenho dúvidas de que vamos voltar. Meus filhos já estão pedindo para comemorar o aniversário aqui! Excellent hotel! Wonderful food, very pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere. My boys absolutely loved the water park — it’s fun, well-maintained, and very clean. The gym also deserves a special mention: 10 out of 10! The recreation activities were, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever experienced. “Tia Lilás” truly won my kids’ hearts, and the other staff members — Lola, Pipoca, and Kiwi — were also amazing. There’s no doubt we’ll be back. My children are already asking to celebrate their birthday.

My child of 5 years old Loved Lilás, estrela, farofa, pluto and bola. All the activities made all differencye during the stay and transformed all the moments there in a perfect time of experience for her We for sure will return next year again!

It's very nice for family, and the kids was having fun The food option was with great variety. The kids enjoy it's kids activities, and the team whom manage the kids and for sure the hotel song. The live music at minas bar are extraordinary. As we did enjoy riding bicycles.

I visited the resort with my two sons (11 and 7 yrs old) We had an awesome time. The kids entertainment team was phenomenal! And the food, and the accommodations were top tier. My kids were given tons of attention and were sad to leave the resort. My oldest child learned to ride a bike without training wheels (too old and big for that!) thanks to the incredible kindness and patience of the one of the English speaking monitors that goes by the nickname “Pikachu”. He welcomed us in both English and Portuguese introducing himself in a very friendly manner, and quickly became like a buddy for my two sons inviting them to all the age appropriate activities in the resort schedule. I can’t thank the resort enough for this beautiful gesture. My son felt so proud of himself after learning to keep his balance and ride the bike. He even got a certificate ❤️and expressed he wanted to visit the resort again and always every time we were in Poços de Caldas. It is hard not to like this place and the staff. We were treated like family and given excellent customer service.

best place to stay in Brazil with your family. i do recommend it. my kids just love it. the staff team are so kind and the attractions are each time getting better. and the food is another capitule here. you must go with your family and enjoy it!!

My experience in this resort was incredible. All the shows and activities were well organized!! Volley with Tio Olaf is wonderful!! The apartments are really good too!! The kids can play and be free as they want, and that's cool.
