Lovely views across the bay to Brownsea Island.
Rooms comfortable and clean. Nice links to the other sister hotels nearby but Harbour Heights probably the best of the 3.

Our stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left.
Our room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board).
We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful.
He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful.
Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view!
The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality .,
The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character.
This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last.
A most wonderful location for a short break,!

Took a friend and his wife for afternoon tea to celebrate his 80th birthday. The staff were very accommodating, as we had one gluten free, 2 vegetarian and 1 normal. The sandwiches and cakes were off high quality and the scones were homemade, served warm and delicious. 2 scones each and the amount of cake per person was very generous. The staff were very attentive and refilling our drinks and making sure all was ok. Would highly recommend going here for an afternoon tea, the best we have had in a long time.

Great experience at harbour heights. The service was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Breathtaking views and location was excellent to visit sandbanks beach. Would certainly consider staying there again.

Stayed here with our two Dogs and was impressed by the large room comfy bed and beautiful view. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The Barman made the best cocktails. Will definitely return. Would highly recommend this Hotel and all it has to offer. Wonderful Stay!!

We had a joint 80th birthday party at the hotel. From the room,the buffet, DJ, service everything was perfect. Everyone had a lovely time and would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to celebrate there.

We stayed for three days, the weather was kind to us and the views from the restaurant glorious. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and seating area. For us the staff made our trip, they were so thoughtful and clearly interested in us enjoying our stay, food was very good with plenty of choice, breakfast particularly enjoyable. We will be back
