A good hotel and fantastic service, but a room on a third floor without an elevator… for a 5-star hotel of this category… no way!

酒店在老城中心，離主要景點都不遠，但佈局比較逼仄，沒有游泳池，住房也分成了三個區域，我們訂的基礎房和SPA在同一棟樓，早上有做瑜伽的羣體很吵，投訴之後在後麪兩晚搬去其它地方了。
房間比較舊了，各類用品齊全，品質不錯。
酒店的亮點在於服務，這在很大程度上彌補了硬件的不足，酒店各種禮賓服務，譬如私人遊船泛河，代訂音樂會及各類門票，投訴後很重視，也送了果盤和香檳，生日也主動送了蛋糕。
餐食水平一般，但感覺這是布拉格的一個普遍問題，這個城市餐飲單一且品質不佳。

房間舒適，大小適中，淋浴間也寬敞乾淨，床上用品也舒適睡着舒服。酒店餐廳東西挺好吃，價格也合理，出門10分鐘路程就到查理大橋，非常方便，就是酒店的按金到現在也沒有退回，不知道什麼情況

Lokasyon,hizmet ve kalite farkı netti. Otel her anlamda tavsiye edilebilir. Otel civarında çok kaliteli restoranları da öneririm. Araç ile “Old Town” 10 dakika fakat yürüyerek otelin yanındaki köprüden gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Tarihi bir şahesere tanıklık edeceksiniz. Prag seyahatimde yine bu oteli tercih edeceğim
