We were here to attend a wedding . Great hotel, morden and excellent location We took the club suite and we were on the 9th floor! Bfast was included which we ate at the rooftop! The location is awesome and there’s a city market and tons of great dining !

Best hotel to stay in Puebla, close to everything and the staff was very friendly. Food was great and the rooms were really clean and comfortable!

Hotel was great. Amenities were also very adequate. Bar tender Hector Castillo was a champ recommending drinks. He suggested sky lounge however surprised to find out access was limited. After several attempts in elevator, asking many about how to access, how to reach, cards, we finally made it up. Great place , waste of Resources and 100% chance to improve and utilize this venue. All in all Hector was the reason we stayed at hotel bar.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. I almost gave it 4 stars because the AC wasn't working in my room but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes by sending maintenance immediately at almost midnight.
