This place was absolutely breathtaking the staff couldn’t have been any more professional It was my wife’s special Birthday and they laid on a surprise gift and display for her The two of us were totally blown away by the kindness and hospitality shown I would highly recommend the Lana’s suites to everyone

On arrival you are greeted by very friendly and professional staff offered a chilled glass of cava to start the holiday. From there, a roller coaster of 5 star treatment awaits. Jonathan the hotel manager, Alejandro, Miriam and all the restaurant staff bend over backwards to ensure your stay remains in the 5 star category. There is a genuine willingness to assist at all times. The rooms are immaculate and attended to twice daily. Relaxing by the pool or on the private terrace with food or drinks being served to you is the order of the day. Well done to all and can't wait to return.

From the moment we walked into the lovely reception area our holiday was one of luxury, superb service and amazing accommodation. We were greeted by a smiling Alejandro with a welcome glass of fizz each. We were shown to our amazing accommodation, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and facilities of fizz in the fridge, beers, soft drinks, teas, coffees and cutlery and plates etc Breakfast is lovely with a wide choice and served in a beautifully appointed restaurant overlooking the beach and sea. Juan who served us every morning (and most evenings) is a lovely man, friendly, helpful, smily and professional. Meals on an evening served in the same beautiful restaurant are again superb, fabulous choices and of the best quality fresh foods. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional, Jonathan greeted us most days giving us useful information with regard to the surrounding area and of the hotels amenities. Our apartment was spotlessly cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels provided, all this done whilst we relaxed and enjoyed breakfast. A fabulous place to relax and enjoy the sunshine in the most luxurious of surroundings.

I have been waiting for the opportunity to stay at Lani’s suites for a few years now and when we arrived we were not disappointed. The communication with the hotel is seamless, and they do their best to ensure they can fulfill any requests. We were collected from the airport in a beautiful car and from that moment on, everything was relaxing and luxurious. The rooms are modern, large and spotlessly clean. There are lots of little gifts and touches that make you feel as if they are going the extra mile The grounds are continually cleaned and very beautiful. When you wake up on a morning the hot tub is ready for use and the sun loungers have covers and towels at the ready. The beds around the pool are incredibly comfortable and there are plenty, so there is always one available. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Although the hotel is undeniably stunning, it is the staff that make it really special. I wish I could name everyone, as every individual was kind, thoughtful and anticipated your every need. One small issue we had was taken seriously and dealt with immediately Late one night my husband and I walked down to the beach very late, and nobody was around except a lovely gentleman who was busy at work maintaining the grounds. He saw that we were stood on the shore, enjoying a glass of cava, and before we knew it he had brought us deck chairs and blankets! So thoughtful! Jonathan and Alessandro were friendly and attentive and the standout for us was Miriam, who was thoughtful, friendly, funny and went more than the extra mile. The personal, thoughtful touches and small gifts and gestures are what make this hotel stand out and I’m already plotting to find ways to get back there as soon as possible!! Lani's is pure luxury and it's true what you say - you absolutely get what you pay for. The VIP service on arrival is unrivaled. The friendly staff can't do enough. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and restocked every day with snacks and coffee. Fabulously comfy bed too. The atmosphere on the balcony and around the pool area is so serene. You wouldn't know you're just off the main *****! The private gym is excellent too, with water, towels and air con. And the complementary drinks in your room and in the communal fridges are such a great touch, as are the snacks and cocktails that are brought around daily just after lunch. The staff are incredible. Special mention to Miriam and Alejandro. And, of course, to Mr Dadlani (the owner) who always goes out of his way every morning at breakfast to speak to all the guests personally. The whole trip from beginning to end was THE best holiday we've ever been on. So much so we'd booked our next holiday for November while we were there. If you're wondering whether Lani's is worth it - it is. And then some.

Myself and my husband stayed in Lanis deluxe hotel in puerto del carmen following 5 nights in puerto calero. On booking the hotel, my husband explained we will be staying in puerto calero before arriving here. The Lanis reservations person arranged for a private transfer(free). Warmly greeted at the reception, the driver gave me an immediate good impression. On arrival, we were met outside by Irene who was so welcoming. She was courteous and efficient, and provided us with a very thorough tour of the room. It was such a nice change to not have the faff of room keys! The rooms are set with a personal code known only to reception and the guest staying there. Fridge is stocked with complimentary cokes, Fanta, sprite, beers, and ice in the freezer. These are replenished daily. There’s also coffees teas and snacks and sweets stocked daily. In addition, at the pool area they’ve fridges stocked with lemon, ice, soft drinks and waters. The suite was lovely and bright, modern and very comfortable. Outdoor hot tub and sun loungers were a great treat. You’ve a call button outside for when you want drinks or snacks brought to your balcony/ doorstep. For the few nights we stayed, I was bowled over by the ground staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff for their constant efforts to keep standards so high. I felt like I was a celebrity, each of the staff go out of their way to say hello. You feel your money is appreciated. It was my birthday during my stay and after a trip to the beach I walked in gobsmacked. Cava on ice, chocolates from the island, balloons and a card. Such a lovely touch! (Bearing in mind there was cava on arrival too) The food here is unbelievable. Manuel is so welcoming! I’ve stayed in my fair few hotels in the past, none come close to this, where they leave you feeling either short changed or not valued as a guest. I’ve found my new Bolt hole from reality. Jonathan the general manager is doing an exceptional job. He approached me on the terrace this morning while waiting for my breakfast and again the simple attention to guests was impressive. Leaving Friday against my will back to reality and already planning my next trip here. Incredible.
