Superb hotel!
Small boutique resort that gets everything right. Lala is well thought out with lovely little niches thought out the resort.
The staff are excellent, food was great and location amazing.

This property is gorgeous, staff is so accommodating, food is amazing and the view is “Oh, My…”!!! It was a highlight of our visit and we ended up extending our stay. We honestly did not want to leave!!! We stayed in the Tree Love Nest and it was absolutely epic!!! We couldn’t get enough of our private infinity plunge pool and having a floating yummy breakfast in it every morning was the best!!! There was beautiful rose petal and balloons decoration waiting for us at check in, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary!!! We were beyond happy and surprised with finding out the restaurant has a whole vegetarian menu!!! For us this always is a big and very much appreciated advantage!!! So we did our best to try everything and it was so awesomely delicious!!! Also really love the intimate tables scattered around in secret corners!!! Another awesome big bonus for us were the included kayaks, since we love exploring and being active and simply enjoy kayaking!!! Villa Lala Crew we thank you for your outstanding service and hospitality!!! We had such an unforgettable time!!! We will be back and we already can’t wait!!! This is one of the most beautiful and unique places we have stayed. The staff are all very helpful and kind. We had 3 rooms which were all lovely. Beds are super high to literally climb into (for me) but also very comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of little havens to enjoy. It's a romantic hotel with intention. Their menu was great - tuna steak was excellent, ceviche and guacamole as well. We ate most of our meals here because the food was great. The pool is small but the perfect size for this lovely place. I would recommend this for a few days of quiet serenity without hesitation.

We just spent three wonderful days at Villa Lala just South of Puerto Vallarta. The small hotel was a hidden paradise staffed by a most professional crew who loved what they were doing. Alda and Maria were amazing. Smiles from everyone and ready to answer any call with excellent service. The landscaping and the food and the drinks and the pool and the hammocks and the jacuzzi tub in the room and the beds and the dock for jumping into the bay! We loved our stay there and will be back for more visits…for sure! We thank everyone again for your smiles, service and accommodations in your little Paraíso!

As a solo female traveling alone I felt so safe and relaxed here. The staff are wonderful. They even shuttled me to the dock the next day to catch a water taxi to my retreat in Yelapa. I had a ground floor room, very lovely and the least expensive room I believe there, and I absolutely loved it. I ate dinner there and breakfast and the food was wonderful and the service was terrific. The landscaped grounds have all kinds of very beautiful places to chill out and relax. It’s a very tranquil place. In fact probably the nicest place of its kind that I’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I do like small boutique hotels just like this and we will be back here in November together. Check the Website and see the various rooms. There are a variety of rooms and quite a big gap in prices. I was very happy with the room that I had, particularly for that price. Our next trip we will be celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday and we have reserved a more expensive room, but I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the rooms. Just pick something that fits your budget and the event that you’re celebrating.
