Everything about the hotel Mousai exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight for us
with a wonderful social atmosphere.
All staff were exceptionally well trained and provided top notch service. We requested a small repair of a bathroom scale, which was completed within five minutes. The room was exceptional with a large infinity hot tub on the deck. . The food was excellent and garden tour was impressive. We would definitely stay here again, with perhaps a few days in Zona Romantica, as it would be fun to be close to some activities. The location was a bit remote but perfect for a staycation

Our family and friends gathered together to share in the destination wedding of my daughter. Every detail of the experience was beyond expectations ....from the environment, top shelf client services, stunning views, amazing food options, and tasty beverage selections. Special shoutout to the Rooftop Norte crew who catered to our wedding party's experience each and every day with amazing service and an abundance of grace while we relaxed every day at the Infinity Pool. They anticipated our every need! Those team members included Felix, Ernesto, Eduardo, Jorge, Marco, Ricardo, and Yang.

This was the most amazing vacation of my life. The all inclusive is definitely worth it. The food was phenomenal at all restaurants including room service- least favorite was Blanca Blue and best was Hiroshi in our opinion. Our housekeeper Deniz Lopez made sure our room was reset midday and then also provided the turndown service to set the mood upon returning from dinner. Our butler Diego messaged every morning checking what he could do to assist that day. Between the hotel activities and all of the buildings, pools, plus the gardens there was plenty to do on the resort. The hike to the waterfall was a little rocky and wet but worth it! Also the spa!!! Do the spa! Only downside is the construction noise. They are building new towers plus moving large boulders on the beach. It didn’t affect us besides when doing the yoga in the gardens then it was inconvenient. The south tower may have been less exposed to the noise plus it had the wonderful garden view.

The food and the service is second to none. The room was amazing and the view we had on the 11th floor from the North tower was spectacular. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the entertainment was non-existent. There was literally nothing going on here. If you want a vacation of doing nothing but sitting by the pool and eating great meals this is the place for you. If you want to walk the beach and be by the ocean this is not even an option. The beach is far from the towers and it’s all rocks. I didn’t even see anyone swimming in the water. The rooftop pool is great but it’s the same thing day after day so after about 2 days of the same music and zero entertainment it got boring for us. We won’t be coming back which is a shame because the food and drinks were next level but like I said there’s hardly any activities. For those that will say they have daily activities you are correct. For example they have yoga in the morning. Good luck getting to yoga. It’s down in the village area by the carousel and to get to it you need to go down 6 stories of rocky stairs carved out of the mountainside or wait for a bus to take you there. There’s so much potential here as they have some really cool spots that they could set up bands to play but outside of a flute player and a pianist no music.

Went to Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta and it was amazing as usual. This is our third time here. We love the staff and know them from recent stays. We have stayed in the South Tower twice and the North Tower once. Both are perfect. The housekeeping and turndown service is amazing. Deniz Lopez takes great care of our suite each day and she does an amazing job. She always thinks of every detail. The butler service is perfect. The service at the pool is top notch. We love the restaurants. We usually stay a week and enjoy the adults-only aspect of Mousai as we prefer to vacation without children roaming around. The rooftop pool is amazing. Omar, Lillith, Miguel, Alejandro, Noe, Gretta, Diego, Ricardo, Alan, and Alan's sister who works at the spa, are all delivering 5 star service. If I forgot to mention anyone from Mousai I apologize. This is a home away from home where we come to relax.

Hotel facilities and staff were awesome. I wish the corporate folks would stop trying to push their sales agenda. That is my only source of frustration. Puerto Vallarta is amazing.
