The Ritz Pune is quite honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The level of service is incredible. Every single interaction with a staff member made me feel like I was the only person staying at the hotel. My room was a large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Despite being right beside the elevators it was extremely quiet. I had no issues sleeping. Food was excellent in all of the restaurants - the butter chicken at the Indian restaurant is a must try. Location seemed to be pretty good! Very close to Phoenix Market City and also very close to the airport. If you are looking for an amazing stay look no further.

"FRIDAY / Sunday should be a time we speak for the rest of the weekend " Thank you so much Ritz Carlton and Three Kitchen staff for making our FRIDAY a memorable one .Chef Buddha Ji ...your warm smile always makes sure we drive our way to Three Kitchen whenever we feel like having food outside.Chef Buddha , Kaushik,Raja Rajesh, Anand , Chef Pratik , Chef Murti and Shankar ji is one *** who makes sure not a single craving is left untreated. He adds his pinch of hospitality by some speciality from his side.The Asian food festival gave a trip to all variety of food sitting in pune. The food coma lasted for a week after having the lavish treat, wanted special to Chef viswanath Chef punkaj Chef dev Chef Himanshu Chef peter Chef Ganesh Chef niranjan Chef chanakya Chefsanjeeb Chef lokendra Chef Rahul ( Expert in Continental breakfast) and all we can say they served straight from their heart. Ritz(rcmemories) are always memorable with their hospitality . Thanks to Rupesh, Naveen and Debtanu for your warm welcome and service. I would say, Three kitchen team is holding best chef in world.

Extravagant luxury. Overly delicious food. Service staff is very very courteous and display high level of professional attitude required for a hospitality luxury brand. Wonder why didn't I visit earlier. Waiting to experience the stay soon.
