Great family vacation. We booked our stay for 4 nights however we enjoyed it so much, we ended up extending it 2 more nights. The hospitality was Awesome. From the time you step in the resort you feel welcomed. As a Family of four adults we enjoyed the accommodations, the views, the beach, the pools, the bars, the day and nightly entertainment and the restaurants. The best part of the resort was the main pool area; there was always something to do around the pool, food, activities, music, crafts and even volleyball. The entertainment staff make our stay very special: Manuel, Alfred, Gamalier, Amado and Diomedes are a dream team for the resort. They always kept us informed and involved us in every activity. They always stopped by to talk to us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and encourage us to be involved. The entertainment staff is very passionate in everything they do. Thank you for the memories.

Maribel at Gabriella’s is incredible! She crafts her special drinks with so much love, and every single one was nothing short of amazing. We were lucky to meet her on our last day, but we’ll definitely be back. 1000/10!

Hotel was very clean, room was spotless. Some restaurants were ok but the room service burger and fries was the best hands down We went twice to see our favorite server - shout out to “Jamie” Hands down our favorite server, he went above and beyond. Seaweed was bad this time of year, (no fault of hotel) but it was constantly being cleaned up. Ocean front pool was nice with pool entertainment.
